Food was good! Tried the shrimp roll with queso on top and man that was my favorite. I also grabbed two tacos de asada. The meat was good just felt like it needed a bit more flavoring. Came on a Saturday so the wait times were LONG. Would I do that again probably not lol. The michelada was also good and refreshing. They do have live music so beware of how loud it can get. You defff can't have conversations while you eat. lol

$1.50 tacos were good for what they are priced for, but on the smaller side. Their chili sauce for the tacos has a kick to it. Chicken chipotle linguine is heavy, after a few bites we couldn't finish it. I would skip and try something else but it wasn't bad! Service was okay they were nice just not very attentive.

Armando's be hella poppin. If you like Mexican food but don't like Mexicano culture or our loud ass music, then don't show up to this spot n be a f'n kill joy. This place aint for uptight hueris. It's fo the people. La Banda is live and they slap! Don't forget to tip em in cash. The food was top notch. They give you that real carne asada not that bs diesmillo that other spots try to pass off as skirt steak. No, this is the real deal. Thank god. The aguachile was up to par and for my first time trying Mexican sushi it was pretty alright. I probably would do it again to be honest. In the men's restroom there was hella pictures of Latinidad, an appropriate display of culturally iconic images and intergenerational representations. Proper. I really appreciated that. Will definitely be back the next time I'm heading down this way!

Came in today for taco Tuesday special with My boyfriend. We ordered 2 of each meat. Everything was good until we got to the carne asada. My boyfriend tried the first bite and said "this asada tastes like fish" then I picked it up and smelled it and it in fact smelled of fish. It was obvious it was completely rancid. I felt bad because when we told the server she said they've been serving that Meat all day. People must of gotten really sick after today. Obviously won't be back since the chef isn't more careful about their quality and would rather send out bad meat to guests rather than maintaining freshness. Ambiance was ok, other than it was super cold and a bit smelly but I'm just more concerned about the food.. sorry. But you could of done better guys. I'm sad because we really liked that place until today..
The food , drinks , and service are really good here. They have live music dependent on what day you go. And they run a drink or food special almost every day of the week.
