Post-lunch cravings led us to Bamboo as we were in the mood for something sweet to complement our earlier meal at Pho This Way. With expectations set for a delightful dessert, we delved into the menu offerings with enthusiasm. I opted for the Bamboo #1 special, a medley that promised an adventure with coconut juice, panda jelly, basil seeds, and dried longan. It was, in essence, an okay dessert. The ingredients were fresh, and the textures varied nicely; however, nothing about the combination made it particularly stand out. My siblings chose differently, deciding on the 3 colors beans and panda dessert. The verdict on taste was unanimous--it was alright. The flavors, while not extraordinary, still managed to hit that sweet spot without veering into the territory of the remarkable. The exception to our lukewarm reception was the Avocado dessert, sampled by my brother. This particular selection seemed to be a hit, especially with the inclusion of rainbow jelly and pears that added a much-appreciated diversity in both flavor and texture. Reflecting on the overall experience at Bamboo, it's clear that while the desserts may not have been awe-inspiring, they provided a solid end to our meal. Enjoyable but not exceptional, I would say Bamboo deserves a solid 4 out of 5 stars, marking it as a reliable dessert destination that's worthy of a return visit on occasions that call for a subtle sweet touch.

My drink was a Taro coconut smoothie but it tasted bland why doesn't it taste like Taro and coconut and the customer service was not good there's this employee who's a girl with a blue crop top was not nice to me or the other customers she needs to be more nicer not snappier but the sitting area was spacious

Absolutely friendly and amazing place. They always have beautiful Vienamese kareoke on when I would come in for a coffee or durian during my rest breaks. The employee and owners are always with orders and when I came in for 15+ orders with my manager for everyone at my workplace with- they made the drinks really well and organized and numbered everything for us to have it easy.

I come in to purchase 3 items from this place 1 of thier #10 and 2 of their #3. Came out to be $21.00 I paid with a 20$ bill and 1 dollar bill. The one dollar bill was ripped at 1 corner. The cashier demanded that I give her a brand new bill. Because their manager/owner doesn't allow them to take old or rip bills. And if they do, he will have to replace it with their own money. There is so so many things wrong with that statement and hiw illegal. I have file a complaint with the California Attorney General, the California Department of Labor.

Delicious drinks, but too sweet unless you tell them to make it less sweet. Even custom made Thai ice tea smoothie which was delicious.

Located next to 99 Ranch. They serve great Vietnamese Che (desserts).Service: Fast and friendly.Ambiance: Clean, neat establishment with limited indoor and outdoor seating.Food: You can't go wrong with any of their desserts. I've tried the Bambu Combo, Awesome Trio, Summer Delight, Fruit Addict, Red Bean Combo, Green Bean Jelly. All tasted delicious and refreshing.

Very impressed with the amount of stuff they give you for the price. I got the Fruit Delight. Basically a fruit salad in a cup. Lots of yummy and substantial stuff, so much so that It can probably replace a meal. And it has no tea which is amazing, especially for people like me who don't do tea. The order I got wasn't to sweet and it had many flavors in there that worked harmoniously. I'll be coming again for sure!

I am a regular customer at the store on Hostetter Rd, San Jose. I always come to order drink twice or moe per a week. I went there yesterday 4/18 ordered two during #10 with ice and #6 ice on side. You cashier charges .25 cent for side of ice. She said the policy changed and have to charges an extra 25 cents. I told her I never pay for a side of ice. I am very upset so told her I'm not take all drink and asked her refund money back. Customer service did not smart to keep customer satisfication. This is very bad service. Want an extra 25 cents for ice in the bag then lost customer. I will go to another store in Milpitas instead of this store.

I like the desserts and made right everytime however shocked to see new charges for ice on the side? Really? The dessert prices already increased and now they are just nit picking.
