There was only one employee, and while I feel bad about leaving a subpar review, they still desperately need to increase staffing if they want return customers. Or maybe they cater to the high school students, who really are not in a rush after school anyhow. Service is very slow. The pictures of all the food and drinks looked great, but when I received my items they looked nothing like the picture. They should mention that jelly toppings are not included in drinks, even though when you click the item on the screen it shows a picture of the drink with jellies in it. I received a fairly watered down 'strawberry passionfruit tea' with no toppings and it was underwhelming. Overall the food and drink was mediocre, but then again the pricing was very cheap. Not cheap enough for me to return.

This Boba Pub is a hidden Gem right next to Branham High School! They have so many drinks to choose from which include milk teas to coffees. They have spring rolls to banh mi's! I highly recommend this Boba Pub if you are in this area!!

Big selection of milk & green tea, smoothies, snacks and main dishes. Lots of seating, indoors and outdoors. Friendly staff. Opens earlier than other places, which is nice.Parking: There are 2 free designated spots, and they usually free up quickly, but if it's busy you need to park on the street.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION AND READ THIS!I watched the lady cook in the kitchen drop my baguette on the floor pick it up and blow on it and then wipe it with a napkin. Then I continued to watch her put the sandwich together, towards the end she dropped other ingredients like herbs on the floor, and put them INTO my sandwich!!! I denied the sandwich. There were two employees in the store at the time, the other at the register stressed out- trying to speak to the lady making food and then simply ignoring her responses. BEWARE OF CONSUMING FOOD HERE! I've already filed a complaint with the department of health.This is just beyond unethical!

I wish I walked into the bathroom before ordering; it was so dirty and that says a lot about how clean the restaurant is. I also waited 40 mins for my food, probably won't be coming back.

Last Thursday, I took my 2 boys here for Boba after their dentist appointment as we wanted boba and snacks. This was the closest teabar for us as we had another appt to go to on the opposite side of town. The teabar is part of a mini plaza at the corner of the street, and parking is in the back, so you'll jave to turn at the light. There was a good amount of parking. We entered the tea bar from the parking lot and walked through the back of the shop where there were piles of boxes. The counter to order food is in the middle of the store with a few tables on each side of the store. There is a chalkboard menu above the cashier to order and lots of menu posts all around on the wall with pictures of snacks, food, and drinks. I ordered the following: 1. Two JMT, 75% sweet with boba and 1 without topping: The tea was a little strong, and for the level of sweet, it tasted like it was 50% sweet or even less. My 8yo wanted to trade with my Thai tea. 2. Thai Tea, 50% sweet with boba: The tea was very light in flavor, and the sweet level was just right for me. 3. Popcorn chicken, homestyle, mild: nice crunch to it and has a hint of flavor but was dry. 4. Calamari, spicy: not as spicy, and the spice was not mixed well, as you can see in the picture. Calamari was very chewey and not crunchy at all. The teabar seems to cater to teens as it's right next to a high school. The staff were young and didn't seem to have experience with customer service. My drinks were done but were not given to us right away as customers who came in after got their drinks before us. The staff later asked us if we wanted our drinks now since we're still waiting for our snacks. Our drinks came in a bag taken out from the fridge. I say it took about 10 minutes to get the drinks when there were only 2 customers ahead of me. And it took about 20 minutes for the 2 snacks. The tea bar is not as updated as other tea bars in the Eastside/Evergeen area of SJ, and the internal decor is just bare minimum. There are signs uo all over with food and drink images by the cashier and on the wall so it's kind of hard to view everything all at once as your eyes are glancing around to see what visuals is appealing. Seem like a good place for teens to hang and some couches to lounge on. Seems like a hangout for teens. There are 2 kiosks to order your drink from, but 1 was not working, and the other one was literally next to the table by the front door. A customer was sitting at the table, so if I was to use it that I would've invaded his personal bubble. It should be relocated. One thing I want to mention is that there is no pricing for the menu, so you are placing an order bot knowing how much you've spent. My 3 drinks and 2 snacks came close to $50.

A great place for drinks and food. I ordered the boba tea and a sandwich and it all turned out great. I was happy to see them employing students from Branham! The employees were nice and service was fast. Unfortunately the place is pretty run down with the interior looking in need of some fixing up. I also had a quick look walking by at the kitchen and it looked really dirty :(Overall I would recommend it though, it's great to support a small business!

Our family loves Boba Pub! They have a vast variety of drinks and food- all at a very affordable price. I always get strawberry rose milk tea with strawberry jelly and my hubby gets strawberry peach milk tea with boba and strawberry jelly. We love the flavors- you can really taste the rose and strawberry notes! It's my perfect comfort drink. I love how when you ask for light ice they actually give you light ice! In addition to drinks, we loved their fries too! The portions are plentiful and we are always full. I highly recommend Boba Pub!
