The coffee drink I ordered tasted like spoiled milk, and when I asked for a remake or a different drink, they refused. They also declined to give me a refund. Their customer service was terrible, and the drinks were equally disappointing. If it were possible, I would give them zero stars. I strongly advise against going to this place. Date- may 14 2024

had high expectations but was so disappointed. ordered on ubereats & wanted something to satisfy cravings. this place looked good and not easy to mess up, but somehow it did? ordered 6 pcs beignets + added $1 chocolate syrup. on uber eats it wouldn't let us proceed until we needed to add another $1 to order so i added the star jar no problem. i asked in the star jar to add matcha syrup since i saw on yelp that they have matcha syrup available. however, when ubereats got here we didn't receive the matcha syrup star jar.... i don't get why they want us to add another $1 & not give it. figured it was no big deal could move past it but the chocolate syrup was not very good it was a bit harder and very darker taste :( when i received the beignets, the shapes were weirdly shaped and a bit flat; looked like the powder was barely there too & very oily on the bottom. overall, decided to try it for the one time and never again. i hope that in the future they will reshape the beignets & include what people order for others in the future

First. This place is called BOBO BOBA. Second., we came here for the beignets. Restaurant was clean. Service was good. Drinks and beignets were good. Delicious and fresh beignets! Yum!! The only thing was that the restaurant was absolutely freezing inside because it was 40 degrees outside and they had all their doors wide open.

Love the beignets but I've noticed a trend of this business skimming out on delivery orders. Both times I ubered these beignets, they came mostly filled with stale, over-fried pieces, completely flat and hard, but the one time I went to pick up in store myself and brought them home to eat, all of the beignets were fluffy and amazing... This is hardly a good business practice if they are doing this on purpose. I really want to give them the benefit of doubt here and will continue to observer future orders. So far:Delivery orders: 0/2Take-out order: 1/1 I'm not in favour of being in person at all so I hope they improve the delivery orders situation.Before anyone gets smart, the beignets from Bon Beignets will still taste good and fluffy as reheated leftovers if they were cooked right first day. So those stale on delivery beignets are just bad from day 1.

I don't ever wanna knock a small business......but eeeeek maybe pass on this one each person in my party received a wrong order, the boba wasn't great, and the famous beignets didn't have flavor! The Instagram-y photos on their website are not reality-- don't expect mason jar boba or star shaped pastries (maybe if you special request it? But certainly not the default)Was willing to overlook the average experience, but the shop also had no utensils or napkins, no trash cans, no fans on a sweltering hot day......and it was one of those situations where communicating with staff was unclear and left me feeling awkward/pressured into ordering extra (will admit, that one is probably on me!)

I had ordered a 6pc for the beignets and quickly changed my mind and called the lady working to change it to a 12 piece and she denied it and said I can’t give you a refund which I didn’t ask for a refund just asked to make it a 12pc which is less than ordering 2 6pieces ?she could’ve just charged me the 12 pc count I’m not sure why it was hard not to adjust the price and charge me the extra 6$ it would’ve cost rather then the extra 8$ when it was a literal minute of me asking. There’s only one worker in the front and I was calling her out to try and get it done quickly. Anyways not sure why I had to pay extra for a 12pc count… when there is a deal for a 12pc box

Best beignets around here hands down the best tasting. Hot and warm. Oily pillows of fried dough. They always give you an extra one always giving a lot more than expected. Just the plain with powered sugar for me. Ordered the very berry jar, very yummy. I'll ask for less sugar next time. Also craved for bo lúc lắc to go one time cuz I was short on time omg they were great! I like mine with stream rice. Not the red rice. This place is close to me and I love it. The Crepes are also awesome. A very unique place with All the best snacks. I can go for the beignets every day they are that good.

I love this place! I have been looking for fresh beignets in San Jose that’s not too oily and reasonable price and surprisingly Bon Beignet has the Best Beignets! I’ll surely come back with my friends again.

Came here on a Sat night when my son wanted some beignets after dinner and I found this spot on Yelp.We ordered original beignets and chocolate drizzle. The beignets were huge and so fluffy. We ate it like 20 min after getting it and it was still so good.Store is also BoBo drinks and it's spacious in there.
