I have been a big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and never miss out to order or visit one of their locations when I get a chance. This was my first time ordering at the Saratoga location and I ordered 6 traditional lemon pepper wings and 6 traditional mango habanero wings to go online on the BWW app. My order was messed up and I got the boneless mango habanero wings instead. To make things worse, the sauce was mixed up as the boneless wings did not taste like mango habanero as it was bland and super dry. I am super disappointed that they got the order wrong and that I had to drive 30 minutes to pick up this order.

It was actually a very disappointing experience.First me and my gf had to wait for more than 20 minutes for someone to come and clean or table before we could even seat there. I was trying to ask waitresses who were passing by. NONE of them would even stop to talk to me and answer my question which was very unprofessional and rude.Second thing: because I did my order though the barcode on my table(because non of the waitresses would stop by our table to take our order) It took them very long time to serve it. And every time there was a different waiter or waitress so I wasn’t even sure who is serving us.And of course at the end by some reason they closed my order and charged me 20% of my check with tips without even asking me if want to close my tab or do I want to add tips for the worst service I’ve ever had. When I asked a waiter why would it happen he said that just happens “automatically”. Also because of that I wasn’t even able to use my 25% discount card.My worst time at buffalo ever.

My daughter loves this location.We ordered chicken wings (flats and drumsticks).We got the potato wedges and cheese curds. The portions were very small for the appetizers.The sides were also small, I feel like they used to have more carrots and celery on the side.The chicken was the best. The chefs marinated the chicken well. They were generous with the sauces.

This place is the worst place you can ever go to. On a Monday evening after my son’s soccer practice we went to have some wings. They made us wait for 45 minutes and then tell us the kitchen is messing the order. They brought out orders for people who came after us. When we talked to them there was no apologies and no sense of urgency. I feel this place is racist as they did this as I am an Asian. Please never never go to this place

All American Cheesburger (they only cook well-done but that's ok) was really really good. I was too hungry to even take a snapshot. Generic fries are OK. Their potato wedges on the other hand were much better than ok. Waitress got out food out with no delay and that made a big difference.
Had dinner here and watched the Warriors win. Habernero chicken is the best. My fave flavor on chicken wings. The ultimate nachos was a disappointment. There were not enough cheese on the nachos. Our server was very attentive, courteous and nice. He was working the bar area by himself.
The wings were great after receiving them with one hour delay. If you use the online app, be aware that time you ask for the delivery doesn’t mean it will be ready at that time especially during the SuperBowl. Note that you will not get any notification of the order stays through the email or phone. It’s ready when’s is ready.

LOVED this place for the Super Bowl. AMAZING service and loveeee Kevin the manager for giving me the mic despite being in enemy territory (go chiefs!). For years I’ve been worried about being a woman cheering for any team in a male dominated sport but I felt perfectly safe here (even if I was a hater, but for the record I still love the niners). 10/10 would recommend!!
