The outer packaging of the many ketchup packages were stuck with honey that had broken out and were very sticky. Due to the recent heavy rains in the San Francisco Bay Area, the roof here leaked, and many pieces of the indoor ceiling were removed. The buckets were placed on the floor to catch water dripping from the roof. Of the two restrooms, one was out of order and closed; the other was not very clean and the faucet was broken and still running water. The freshly fried French fries were quite hot and delicious. The chicken sandwich was lukewarm and not very tasty.

The staff here are very rude and they laugh in your face, when they mess up or get your order wrong. I used a coupon and was overcharged and then they made fun of me in Spanish not realizing I speak Spanish. I have contacted corporate the last time about the young Mexicans kid’s attitudes and it’s still on going do not spend your money here. Very bad customer service.

Never will I go here again.. I've been a few times since it's the closest BK to my house and never had any issues till today my whole order was wrong they only gave me half my order it took a few minutes so I assumed they put everything in my bag the one time I don't check. I go back and all they do is give me the missing food. No apology or even a offer for a fresh new whole order I'm not usually the one to complain or be mean but I think that was the least we deserved as half my family was going to having to eat cold food after we had to go 15 mins back to get my kids missing food.

The lady I spoke her understand I tried to keep by budget less than $10 dollars during the weekend lol. She said her budgets is like $5 bucks on foods per day. They put extra cheese on my burgers to make burger fresh during the weekend.
