I like the food from that grocery store. The people from the restaurant are really nice but it’s very disappointing that the cashiers are so rude they give you dirty looks and they’re criticizing you they laugh in your face and they cut you off when you’re trying to speak to them. They should not be hiring really young people cause they are so rude. I’ve been there a few times in the night and they are making fun of the people who go grocery shopping making fun of how they walk and how their dress One of the girls was copying one of the ladies how she walked in they were laughing that’s so disrespectful and very immature and they’re always on their phone. That type of rudeness will make a person not want to go buy there no more they need to hire people who not rude Who have respect for the customers? I hope the manager sees this they need to get rid of those people who are not respectful to customers they’re not taking their jobs serious ???? these are the females work in the afternoon one of the worst all the young girls from the afternoon are so rude please do not hire young people. They’re so rude and disrespectful.

Service is ok butAt the Time Paying its either a Cashier suppoelsely working?Their more Entertain with Xhatting with eachother? Then helping out right.....¿¿Us Costumer"s when ready to go Pay,And the Kitchen area, Sometimes I am Their waiting for more than 10 minutes,The service is A Bit Slow?!And the Young people don't seem to really want to be their in My Opinion?to work.....!!!.....

Horrible customer Service!!!! Went to complain about a cake .... First of I went in and they said they would get the store manager... he took too long and I had to leave to pick my son from school. I went back again and this time they said he wasn't there and that no one could approve a return without him there. The Assistant Manager Gisela stared straight to my face and said there was nothing anyone can do ... Which that's a lie. According to other Cardenas, any assistant manager can make you a refund! They ignored me and made me wait for a long periods of time avoiding to help me! just to tell me no one was gonna help me! They literally then told me they can not do a refund with no prove of cake. i HAD PICTURES ! And they didn't bother to look! no one even cared to see the picture of the error they made on the cake! It's ridiculous! Made me waste time and gas. It's not even about the money any more at this point it's about Customer Service and accountability! How is "there no Manager on-site!"

The exiting is locked, you need to go around, to exit. Disable parking space is on the other side of the store. If you are disabled using a walker or a wheelchair it really unsafe on the narrow sidewalk on the side of the store. Management needs to address this issue before someone gets hurt. As a disabled person I will not be going back to the store on White Rd.

I had a bowl of nutrient soup. Very healthy and it makes me feel good. Sometimes I get the juice here is very healthy and delicious. Thumbs up!
Came in about 4:00 to order dinner. There was two ladies working but only one was working. There was a line and the one lady 2as taking temps instead of helping the customers.. The one older lady was amazing tho.

Nice store, especially for when needing mexican items or a deli item for those of us that can't cook mex with authentic flavor. Speaking by experience I really don't cook mex?

Modern Latino influenced supermarket with various products from North, Central, and South America. They have a wonderful meat, cheese, and salsa counter. I am happy to see them here in the Bay Area. Try out their prepared food in the taqueria! Recommend for anyone looking for a modern Latino based supermarket.

I love coming here for taco Tuesdays they cost $1.25 each. They have carne asada, carnitas, Al pastor, tripas and chicken. Just a heads up they do tend to get busy on Tuesdays for their cheap taco prices.They also have very fresh groceries. I also enjoy purchasing their salsas, fresh guac and meats to BBQ.
