Ordered the Pakistani food box and it was a complete disappointment. Not only was the box not enough for 1 person but it tasted nothing like Pakistani or even Indian food. I got 2 boxes and both had different quantity of food. The biryani seemed like it had been made from some different variety of rice instead of basmati and had big chunks of tomatoes in it. It also had only 2 pieces of boneless chicken. The saag was heavy on the garlic and bland. Good concept but they need to better screen chefs and have some quality control in place if they want to succeed.

Since I wrote this review, apologies have been issued by email, Facebook and on their website and refunds promptly posted. And this event was for a good cause. Mistakes happen, or maybe in this case unfortunate circumstances as they said they lost drivers. Hope the other one star reviews will update too. Reading more about this company they have a unique concept that helps the community during the pandemic to enjoy locally cooked foods and helps chefs scale their reach.

Do NOT, repeat, do not buy food from this establishment. We ordered food for a dinner on a Wednesday to be delivered on a Friday of the same week. We got confirmation our order was taken and would have the meal delivered by 4pm on Friday. On Friday, we waited, and waited and waited. Tried to call and the phone message service was full, thus couldn't leave a message to ask where our order was. It wasn't until 9:15 pm that our order was finally delivered! When we opened the bag, we saw what was a meal just thrown into the plastic containers. Sloppy!!!! and disgusting!!! No stars for this place, but forced to give one per Yelp's requirements to submit a review. Fine

Total scam. I ordered, they charged my credit card, and I got nothing. Not a real business. Tried to call the phone number, voicemail was too full to leave a message.

ChefCentury's Thanksgiving dinner was incredible. I decided to try the Maple Brined Pork with pomegranate sauce and apples. The sauce was a perfect combination to the pork. The pomegranate made it sweet yet tangy. The pork was cooked to perfection. I loved the Sweet Potato fries too. Thank you ChefCentury for the wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. Happy Holidays!

Way too salty & ruined the meal of turkey & potatoes, w/ canned corn. The desert was too sweet too w/ a sweet cream blob at the side of a tiny square of pie. The worst part was how extremely salty the food was & far I had to drive to get 2 small turkey dinners. The organization who gave it to me allowed for a much closer pick up last year. I do like participating closer & when the food is not over salted. Otherwise yeah the meal wasn't worth the trip this year.

I wanted some tasty vegan food today, so I looked up California Vegan Food Company to see what was up. Then, I saw they were working out of this commercial kitchen service, ChefCentury. It was easy to get my food, although they'd do well with more signage and more parking. It was clean and the people that worked there very pleasant and I would certainly use them again.

I had a pleasure to try out two different dishes: Hawaiian pulled pork with rice & macaroni salad. The pork was very tasty, and the macaroni salad was very nicely done with the right amount of dressing. My favorite dish was the Beef Swellington wrapped in prosciutto with roasted potatoes. The potatoes are to die for, and the meat is so delicious, juicy and flavorful. Definitely recommend ordering from Chef Century and looking forward to try their other amazing dishes.

ChefCentury is changing the way I buy and consume to go food! I love that they help local nonprofits ensure that locals have gourmet meals at no cost. They often have Buy One Meal, Donate One Meal which sets an example for other local restaurants. I choose to order food at ChefCentury not only because I believe in the impact they're making in the community underserved population, but also because of the love and care for the food they serve! Take a look at the photos I've attached! They are carefully packed and each is well balanced. The price is SO FAIR! $16-$18 for gourmet meals! You just can't go wrong! Here are my reviews for each meal I've tried: Chef Brad's Beef Swellington - Sirloin wrapped in prosciutto and walnut encrusted? Please sign me up! The sirloin is cooked medium well. If you have to reheat, no problem at all! You'll still have a juicy steak to enjoy. The terragon hollandaise is so delicious! It comes with roasted potatoes and asparagus wrapped in bell pepper. Delicious! Hawaiian Pulled Pork - L&L has nothing on this dish! Lean pulled pork that has just the right seasoning, balanced with cabbage! Drool! The rice is PERFECT too! Don't get me started on the macaroni salad. I HAVE NEVER had this kind of macaroni indulgence before! The past is cooked perfectly and it's not cheaply drenched in Mayo. You see the minced carrot and the flavor is so well balanced. I'm salivating describing this dish... Sweet and Savory pulled pork - I would eat this everyday for lunch! It's low carb, it came with mostly veggies and a hassleback potato. It did come with hush puppies but they were not big in size and made me feel guilty to eat. The grilled veggies in balsamic reduction compliments everything. I could snack on them all day. Overall, I feel so fortunate to have ChefCentury in my neighborhood, I almost feel spoiled! I encourage you to try them, like yesterday! Support a business making a positive impact and feel great knowing you're eating high quality food and giving back. Can't beat that feeling!

I had the sirloin with asparagus and potatoes for Christmas, and it was wonderful! Everything was very flavorful and elegantly prepared and presented -- much appreciated and a lovely meal as I ate at home by myself with the stay-at-home orders this year. Thank you!

The food was delicious we had the Beef Wellington which was wrapped in Prosciutto. The combination of flavors were juicy with buttery and sweet Walnuts underneath. Absolutely delicious. I intend on returning back with family and friends thank you.
