i was asked for my name for the order. there were other people waiting for their order in the pickup spot. half of the people were called by number and the other half was called by name for NO reason. extremely confusing. the cashier did not point out my order number on the receipt, and the order number that the lady was calling was NOT the same as my number. i had order 7821. and she. only called for 21. how am i supposed to know 21 means order 7821?? why did you take my name for the order if they DIDNT EVEN CALL ME OUT BY NAME? we took the receipt to her and she said “you’ve been told” because she called out “21”. 21 does not mean 7821. 21 is also not my name. very confusing and the lady was a jerk.

Surprisingly good black coffee!The line for Peet's across from Chick-fil-A was very long and slow, so I jumped line to C-f-A which had a shorter line that was moving with efficiency. I decided to get the spicy chicken biscuit meal, which includes coffee and hashbrowns. The black coffee rivaled Peet's in boldness. I was so pleased. The spicy chicken biscuit was quite good with its soft, buttery biscuit. The hashbrown nuggets were just OK. The service was friendly and fast.

WARNING, DO NOT EAT HERE!Food tasted old, especially the fries. ? They brought the food to the register in 5 seconds.So obviously this food was indeed cooked hours ago. Disgusting.You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
I just got off of a 5 hour flight to find that my connecting flight has been delayed. Despite it being past closing time, the person at the counter saw I was traveling with my children and took our order for chicken nuggets. I am so grateful! She made a disappointing situation better (and now I don’t have to travel with hungry kids). Thanks Chic Fil A!

Around 9-10 in the morning, there was no line to place the order. It’s good and easy to place the order and get the food quickly. The cashier was friendly.
The airport was not busy, and most of the places to get some food were either closing or already closed.This was one of the few places open on a Thursday evening at 7:30 PM. I checked to see if they were open via an app on a sign.Not only was this place very busy, but the service was flawless, even though they were out of lemonade.Granted, the menu is limited, but I was still able to get my spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich and fries were very fresh and hot.The employees were all busines but yet offered a smile and some nice words.It was worth the walk to gate 25 from gate 5.
