Very friendly staff. The environment was clean and organized. Had a smooth and easy transaction getting my order, the staff was quick and attentive. I like to come here on the weekends and get my weekly Cinnabon.

Great service, the manager was very kind and polite. Still was attended to even when I stopped by ten minutes after they were supposed to close, which I really really appreciated. As for the quality of the food, the buns were delicious and fresh. Would come back.

I went in with a community discount card, those fundraiser cards that you purchase for discounted items at participating companies. Anyway the card shows Cinnabon and even specifies the Oakridge location. I showed it to the cashier and he looked at me d*** founded, there were 4 employees all young kids and there all looking at it and even held it up to the light as if it was a fake bill. Lol. I finally said can you call a manager. He's not here. Ok, are teenage kids really qualified to run a business without a manager on duty. He finally calls the manager, does the discount but has the audacity to tell me next time I can't receive the discount if the CEO doesn't approve it. I get that he's just a kid his response clearly makes sense he doesn't know any better. However make sure you actually have a manager on site. Teenage kids are not qualified to run a shop even if it's for a short amount of time. None of them were even 18. Terrible management!!
