Online information I found today says Cinnaholic is open Mondays, 3-8. I rode my bike over after 3, but it wasn't open. Grrr. (Hours posted at the restaurant say closed Mondays.)

Was super excited to find this place. My daughter has a dairy allergy so it's always great when we find a place where we don't have to worry about contamination. It's good for a vegan spot! The cinnamon bun itself isn't too dense and is fairly enjoyable. The frostings are great, the classic cream cheese frosting is not grainy but runs a lot thinner than a non-vegan cream cheese frosting and ran off of the bun. The biscoff frosting/topping combo was delicious. It was thicker than the cream cheese frosting and stayed on the bun a lot nicer. We also tried some brownies which were very dense but tasted decent! Downsides to this spot were: parking and pricing. It's in the sjsu area, so parking was fairly difficult to find. It's also fairly expensive especially when you get their signature rolled, which can run up to $8.25 for a single roll--size is comparable to a regular classic Cinnabon. Overall would probably go back every now and again to get treats for my daughter.

We have gone to the San Jose location a few times and I have to say the staff is so unfriendly and rude. Yesterday we went with a big party and the young ladies working couldn't be more annoyed that we were there. I was actually embarrassed because we recommended going. The cinnamon rolls were good but the experience was not.

I'm not vegan but a little lactose intolerant, so I appreciate a nice non-dairy sweet treat that doesn't leave me bloated (but will still risk it some other times). The star is definitely the base roll, so maybe start with the classic. The toppings certainly add flavor, but not memorable.

Delicious! The bread was fresh, the flavors were well put together. It comes in a small container and the size it's perfect for sharingWe'll definitely come back again! Our favorite Cinnabon place in the area

If you love vegan food and you love sweets, this is your place! Unfortunately the only downfall is that their hours are a bit messy - they say they open at 12PM on weekends, we showed up at 12:15PM and they were closed because the employee hadn't shown up for work. This place is a bit pricey but I will say it's delicious! I also love their milkshakes.

This place was recommended to me by a friend, and did not disappoint! The cinnamon buns were super fresh and soft out of the oven. The icing was perfect and melted all over hot and buttery I was definitely in heaven for breakfast.

Staff is always kind and helpful. Their cinnamon rolls are the best I've ever had. The fact that you can customize them to just about any flavor you like is so fun and has me craving at anytime of the year, rain or shine, celebration or not. Happy they now have one in San Jose, used to have to drive up to Berkeley for these. The fact that the shop is 100% vegan is unbelievable, it's always good to come across places like this. Good to know only thing I can feel guilty about after eating here is my sugar intake, but sugars sweet so it evens out.

Yikes, the cinnamon buns I got were downright awful! I was there when they opened and the buns I got were SO hard and SO dry we couldn't eat them. The frosting couldn't even add some moisture to them because they were so hard the frosting didn't even seep into the bun. So hard the knife couldn't cut through them! Blech! Only reason I didn't give one star was because the woman serving me was nice. DO NOT waste your money on an $8 cardboard brick.

The food is great! I had no problems with the staff myself. But they were really rude to someone just asking for one plain. Poor service like that is pretty funny but I can't support it.

This place is not as good as it used to be. I'm hoping it improves because I'd like to return. I could tell the cinnamon rolls we purchased today were reheated because the dough was hard and chewy. The roll did not taste fresh at all, which is unfortunate because it is not cheap.

Plant based friends! Wow Cinnaholic really did something! I have never had a cinnamon roll outside of the norm- gooey and warm cinnamon roll with icing. Cinnaholic has created beautiful (and really yummy) gourmet rolls. I have tried the Campfire S'mores which comes with marshmallow frosting, graham cookies, marshmallows and chocolate drizzle. This one was so nostalgic for me as I've been vegan for 6 years and haven't had a s'more in even longer! I also tried a banana/chocolate roll. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the roll and can't find it on the menu BUT it had chocolate frosting, fresh sliced bananas (yesss to fresh fruit!), and chocolate drizzle. I can't wait to try more rolls! They also have brownies, cookies, cookie dough and "cinnacakes" which look absolutely beautiful. If you love cinnamon rolls, vegan or not, definitely try this place! I know I'm going back :)

Insanely delicious! We ordered the caramel apple cinnamon roll and the classic. Both were so good! The classic was the best! The chocolate chip cookie was also yummy. We are glad we stopped in!!

Not sure why they have listed there is is gluten free options when they don't have any. Called in to double check and they confirmed no gluten free items...

Nothing special. I was expecting freshly baked cinnamon rolls but they're preheated and kept semi-warm under heating lamps. The ice cream used is dairy free. Which is a bonus if you're vegan or lactose intolerant, but it makes the shakes really watery. I didn't like any of the things I ordered and thought it was over priced, if I'm going to be honest. However, the girl at the register was friendly.
