Their coffee was just okay for me, felt a bit watered down in my almond latte. Nothing particularly memorable about it.The place seems pretty spacious, with people working on their computers and enjoying breakfast. One major plus is that there’s parking available behind the shop, so you won’t have to drive around in circles looking for a spot.

Spacious but cozy place—even with so many people, it still didn’t feel overwhelming like some places. The coffee cake is to die for—it reminds me of my grandmothers butter cake recipe. Staff is super nice, and I appreciate that they call out orders so clear and loud. Will definitely make another visit next time I’m on the west cost.Parking: Free parking lot in back—make sure you park in the right spots though, some are reserved for other places.

Great local coffee shop where they roast their own beans that you can smell from a mile away. I love how they offer seasonal fun drinks that coincide with any particular holiday at that time.

The food and coffee were great. The customer service from the cashier was lacking. I greeted her, and all I got back was a stare with no hello or hi. Then, she got my order number mixed up, so I waited an extra 10 minutes while my hot drinks sat on the counter getting cold. When I inquired about it, all she said was "that's on me." No apology.

Crema is an cute little cafe with lots of seating space! I was looking for a new space to study, and this was one of the only options in the area that isn't a large chain. Unfortunately, I felt a little uncomfortable working here and I didn't particularly enjoy my drink. Wi-fi access here was limited to an hour, which is a bit of a shame since the cafe is super large with a variety of tables and a great ambiance. For my drink, I had a double iced white mocha. I could not really get over the very artificial tasting syrup? they used in the drink, and there was not really a mocha taste. I'm not sure if it was just some sugar substitute - but I didn't really enjoy it. I think I will return and try some different drinks and hope they're better!

This place has very good (not the best but very good!) coffee. It also has plenty of seating and a fantastic place to order coffee and read or work on laptop. Some of these low reviews seem silly to me. Giving a negative review because the cashier didn't ask you how your day is going is a ridiculous expectation. The people who work there are always friendly to me, they are just busy working and not looking for small talk. The place is often packed. In terms of a coffee shop with good quality and nice vibe to hangout this is really the best option in the walkable area. Thank you Crema for being on Alameda.

Coffee is good but customer service is the worst experience. Not welcoming. It is closer to my work than other shops but we will drive the extra mile to the other store that appreciates the patronage.

The least welcoming and unfriendly women working at this coffee shop. Both acted like they would rather be talking to eachother than helping customers. I asked for more cream and a straw and they acted like it was a chore. Never coming back here again.

Was looking forward to visiting this location for coffee and light breakfast. Sadly, the experience was very disappointing due to a couple factors. I will say first however the cappuccino I had was very good! The counter person taking our order was not very interested in greeting us, she was "just there" period. No interest in asking how we were, thank you for coming in etc. So glad I tipped her. NOT! I ordered a breakfast burrito with chorizo. It was just terrible, period due to the amount of oil in it. By the time I got to the second half the tortilla was soggy from sitting in a pool of oil that should have been drained off, before delivering it to your customer. It such a nice location with ample seating its a shame they don't make customers feel welcome and appreciated.
