Never coming to this place again on god,place was empty and that would seem like a good sign as you’ll get fast service but nope I was waiting in my booth for 15 minutes max and there was no one in sight except for a few cockroaches so I just full on left outta there never coming there so just for that I took their menu ? lol I’m savage

Worse Service ever in a Denny's Restaurant.Last Wednesday, October 05, 2022. around 12:00 PM (Server Maria V). Server took a long time to take our order "busy talking to other customers, who seems to be regulars. Coffee was cold and we asked for extra napkins and since we asked a different server the napkins never came. to top it off, we decided not to leave a tip, but we had a coupon and decided to tip the amount of the coupon (I am part of the reward program} and they did not accept the coupon, then we decided to change the tip to a lower amount, but the server did not allow us to do it. Bad Service all the way around.

I just ordered delivery from this Dennys about an hour ago. This experience was horrible. The presentation was a mess. We ordered potatoes it came burnt and dry. We ordered wheat bread but was given white buttered bread. The brisket was not as full as when I ordered in another location. I did not like this breakfast.

I good there a lot . that should tell you enough. there friendly. they don't judge . if your homeless as long as you buy coffee . so they can. rest and warm up. I observe there hospitality .to all customers. good is great, and if you unsatisfied with something on your plate they will make sure your satisfied with your meal .no problem . I love Denny's ps in on the same parking lot where I live . 5 star rate

I ordered mango shake and within 15mins of it, it bacame wierd. Does denis do fresh products if yes did it became like this. I’m worried, because I drank a little bit of it. I’m little uncomfortable.

It's hard to rate any Denny's location very highly, but this specific one is pretty decent for what you get. Their prices are fair and service is fairly quick and they are always consistent with checking on customers for coffee refills or other needs. Any waiter can write down your order, but both times I have been here I was impressed with the fact that two different waiters were able to remember large orders by memory; perfectly without error.

Definitely my favorite Denny's in San Jose !! Waiter was great & the food was amazing! Not greasy at all everything was well cooked thanks to the cook Jeremy, always getting down on the grill & satisfying our needs. Great customer service & a clean space to come by with family.
Things tasted freezer burnt, generally just bleh, waiter never brought our water. But it was fast I guess.

I stopped here for a late night refresher and it was fast and the guy behind the counter was friendly enough. But, what is that strange odor? I am glad I didn’t have to stay long. Maybe it was a backed up drain in the kitchen? Maybe it will be a 4-star experience next time. For now, thanks for being open late.
