I went in last night for dinner with my wife and sat up by the bar. For my first time at dry creek, the environment was a bit dark for my taste, but the food was amazing. What really made our dinner special was Haley, her suggestions and personality really made our night, definitely will be going back because of her!

Ambiance, service, and food were all great. A friend introduced me to this restaurant many years and I always try to go there but the hours are limited. No lunch hours.

This review for Dry Creek Grill is long overdue. We stopped by for cocktails and appetizers before continuing to our next destination. The three of us had a wonderful time; our server, Christian (?), was sweet and attentive. The ambiance was sexy and dark, just as it has always been. While it may not look upscale from the outside, stepping inside feels perfect for a date or family dinner. It's a great spot for singles too at their lovely bar. Although, it was full the night we visited, it still maintained a comfortable volume, and exuded subdued sophistication. Service was surprisingly on point and fast with a packed house. It reminded me that Dry Creek is a hidden gem worth revisiting more often. They've maintained consistency over the years in their food and cocktails. The quality is not top notch but you get what you pay for and it's very fair. Service is top priority in my book when dining out. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends. Parking is ample in the spacious lot out front.

Service was excellent. Very polite, attentive and courteous throughout the meal. I had the Antioxidant Margarita. It was fantastic. I had another, it was also great The calamari app was perfect. I'd definitely order it again. It was lovely. The steak is where everything falls to pieces. I ordered the ribeye, medium rare. Unfortunately, it was well done, as was the other steak ordered at our table. It was still good, because steak is good. But at almost 70 bucks a pop, you have to nail your steaks DCG.

Great service, food is mediocre. The drinks were great, crafted very well. I doubt I'd go back, but was worth the try.

Food was hit and miss. Our birthday party of 3 really liked the brussels sprouts appetizer. The raspberry cheesecake was good, but just 3 berries and a barely perceptible drizzle of raspberry on the plate? Um, ok. I had heard the beef tips stroganoff was really good, but I was disappointed. The beef was a little overcooked, and the sauce was a bit bland. My friend was disappointed with the truffle mac'n'cheese as well-wasn't very cheesy and couldn't taste the truffle. The server did his best, but they were clearly understaffed, so we had to wait a bit for things like getting the check and paying our bill, etc. Not his fault. The ambience was perfect for a date night or a business lunch. I think that's what I'd go back for, and maybe the brussels sprouts.

We ordered the angus prime cheddar bacon burgers which were over done and lacked flavor. I had picked this food up as take away and regretted it. Could have cooked better using a frozen Patty from my freezer. Waste of money / over priced Fries were also terrible not fresh and the French onion soup should not be recommended by anyone who has taste. My son did not like the max n cheese. So it was a waste of $100

Birthday dinner at Dry Creek Grill. Usually a great spot! This time around not so much. Two main reasons:1. $18 (pre tax and gratuity) for what seemed like a 5 calamari appetizer.2. The service was subpar. Waited for everything longer than usual. For examples after we finished our cocktails we weren’t asked for another and by the team they came back we were done and ready to just leave.

Why have I never left a review for this place before?? I've been going here for over a decade! Anyhow, this is just the consummate date place. I really regret that they don't allow open seating in their bar anymore. But I know it's a tough gig, the restaurant biz! That said, it's the perfect date night place. The seating is comfortable and there is enough space between the tables so you can hold a private conversation. It's one of the few places in the Willow Glen/Campbell area that you'd call cozy, which is why it's perfect for a date. We had the most amazing dinner. I highly recommended sirloin stroganoff--it was the star of the evening. I could just mop it up the sauce with the bread alone. Also had the airplane chicken, and it was very good, although more light and healthy-ish. The baked cookie for dessert with caramel gelato was so good! It's a chocolate chip cookie and was baked with just enough chewiness and not too crispy. Could have used more gelato though ;-) Complementary bread, very grainy but good. We had the bottle of the Domaine Eden Pinot Noir wine, 2019 (it says Alexander Valley on the menu but it must be a misprint but I saw Santa Cruz Mountains, it was very good regardless). Wine snobs will be happy to know they have a wine cellar and a more extensive wine list. Definitely the place to impress your date! The service was exceptional. Waiter was very nice and helpful, despite how busy it was.

We were very disappointed with the food. The burgers, sauces were not tasteful, the veggies were not cooked. We came back after a long time and quality of food was not good. The service was exceptional and atmosphere was great, but we won't be coming back. Sorry

A group of seven girlfriends and I met for dinner at Dry Creek Grill. We were promptly seated and the service was very good. We ordered a variety of dinners that all arrived at the same (love that). When we arrived, the bar and restaurant were quite busy, which was nice to see on a Wednesday night. After dinner, we hung out in the bar to chat with some friends and enjoy a round of drinks. Service sat the bar was outstanding as well. Very personable servers and bartenders.

Unfortunately no pictures were taken but we had a fantastic time. Ordered the calamari which came out just right, super yummy, not rubbery! The ribeye plate and burger were also really delicious so that was a great way to get full but also have a "mmm, that's good" moments :) The drinks were great too, so the bar definitely knows what they are doing! If you're looking for a low key local spot with great drinks and yummy food for a date night or simple dinner with some friends, check them out. Make reservations if possible as they do get busy at times.
