Went into this location for a sweet treat and regular coffee. When the server said $6.79 I asked how much the coffee was. $3.49. I said thanks but no. That is just way too much for coffee. Donut too. So the one star is for 5 guys like outrageous prices.

Went there for my very first time and was looking to find out how good their coffee drinks were. Their selection was ok. Can't really get too creative, so i picked one of their "popular" ones. It was done really well. Service was fast. The only thing is that the staff seemed really uninterested in making my experience enjoyable. I made it known that it was my first time. Yet that got me a look that meant "yeah and?" LOLI also ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches, and when the satff asked me something that I wasn't too sure of what she meant, she got really annoyed quickly. Again, this was my first time! Wish they were more understanding that they can impact the experience greatly. I really was hoping to find an alternative to Starbucks, but I guess I have to keep looking.

We used to love coming to Dunkin until they replaced their staff. The new staff is rude and acts with no urgency. The lines have grown to be long, the food provided is cold, and I’m met with terrible attitudes. I strongly encourage management to take a deep look at the store and consider making some improvements. I acknowledge that the service industry can be difficult, but it’s unacceptable to be miserable towards your customers.

The workers are rude,don't even say hello or good morning to the customers. They ignore you. At least say hi I will be right with you and be polite! They have a Cara de culo amargadas!!!

Come here often because we enjoy the donuts & I enjoy the coffee. It's a nice after school treat on Fridays. Also the prices are low & that's nice! The location is fun to look at with the mosaic on the wall. Everything is clean & wiped down, ordering is super easy, I've never had to wait more than 3 min even if it's busy, & everything is always fresh. Staff is always sweet & kind! The only gripe - drinks are not always made the same way & will often times taste different than the last time I ordered it. Not sure the cause for this, but I've heard this from other Dunkin customers. It is what it is, & will not deter me from returning! I would recommend this location & this company to others!

I have been here a few times because its on my way to work. Everytime I stop by I stand there for a while before someone helps me. The girls look tired and fed up, not friendly at all. I don't think I'll be stopping here again.

WORST SERVICE EVER.It saddens me to see this beautiful updated place being ran by such awful customer service. It was not busy and I was standing in line they don't greet you at all, I asked for a bakery item right away she is like we don't have that. I got my drink and it was overly sweet to the point that that it was not drinkable. Straws were no where to be found, asked where there are straws n pointed "right there".Definitely will never be back, I also asked my co workers for there experience since it by our work and they said the same customer service is just bad.

Honestly a hit or a miss but usually a miss. The drinks are always a bit off or taste different even when you order the same thing. The employees are friendly enough but always take longer than they should. Pass unless you have a freebie deal to redeem!

Here again to give things a shot. 5 people in line and ONE employee handling everything. Store could do so much better if it were managed well. 10 minutes and still waiting for a cup of coffee.
