I and my wife wanted to try durian crape there. It was good. The durian is fresh and the crape is soft. What needs to be improved is customer service. The lady seems not so happy when we asked if we should be buying crape for my friend who is vegetarian. It doesn’t hurt if she could politely answer us.

Nice shop with many vietnamese/chinese desserts and pastries. Love the baked pastries with durian. It is chinese pastry. I have a salty egg inside. I don't know the name. It is round. I also love the soursoup drink. It is so refreshing. There are plenty of items to choose from. It also has plenty of seating areas.

Was looking for some banh trang tron and recommended to this place by my foodie buddy. Of all the btt I’ve eaten in San Jose and I’ve tried lot, this one is by far the best and to me taste closer to what’s in vietnam. The flavors were better and the quality was amazing. All the other btt I’ve tried in sj seem like they’re from the same person. This one tasted different with way more topping and cheaper too. You have to give this cafe a try they have a lot of stuff I will try in the future.

If you're a fan of durian, this place is for you! It's located in a Vietnamese plaza, parking was enough on a Saturday afternoon. They have a drink menu but other than that, there's no menu for their dessert items. You just have to figure it out or ask the worker. I believe they also serve savory items which I want to try next time! Tons of people were ordering that. This cafe had tons of seating and has a "picnic" type ambiance to it. I ordered the rau ma drink, fresh durian crepe, and durian sponge cake, total came out to $26 excluding tax. Yeesh! The rau ma drink was not my cup of tea - it's made out of a plant so if you're not used to drinking vegetable in a sweet drink, then it may not be for you. Definitely an acquired taste. The durian dessert though, were amazing! My favorite was the durian crepe. I normally don't crave durian and only eat it when my parents have them. The smell doesn't bother me since I grew up eating it, but it may be bothersome to some since the smell was a little strong for a dessert. The crepe skin was so smooth and aesthetically pleasing, that first bite was amazing! Tasted not too sweet, has some other fruit in there, and then that durian hits and it went so well with the cream and everything else. The durian sponge cake was also delicious, it had chunks of fresh durian on top. I brought this to share with family and most people were able to eat it. Overall I need to come back here and try their other items! Kind of wish they have a more visible menu with pricing and items listed. Otherwise good luck!

I like how there are lots of durian options here. I got the durian cake and durian pancakes. The durian part of the cake and pancake was okay. The most disappointing was the durian madness drink. It didn't taste like durian :(

Have heard of this dessert shop for some time and finally give it a try. Cons: the bakery items are not labeled so you can only choose based on the looking; SA can not introduce the food well. The item has abstract names but they can only give very basic main ingredient introduction. Pros: they sells seasonal bakery items like moon cakes; They also have meat pie similar to Chinese 鲜肉月饼(Taste is a little different though); They have meat floss rolls similar to (肉松卷) but used cream cheese as filling, not bad. We also get the coconut dessert drink, have no idea what’s inside but it tastes good.

Cute shop. This shop reminds me of those coffee shops bank in Vietnam, serving delicious trending street snacks and drinks.Lots of tables, indoor and outdoor. Each seating is spacious so as to fit big groups, such as 4-8 people, because Vietnamese people like to hang out with friends and family. The food and drinks are delicious. I personally like Ha cao Sai Gon because it tastes just like what I had in HCMC when I was in middleman school. Reminds me of old times. The fried pan cakes are a bit sweet, not enough soy sauce. Avocado ice cream is good according to my husband because it’s literally a dish originally from his hometown, Da Lat. The drinks, mung bean milk, Dau Ma & matcha latte are all good.We came in after dinner time, so most of the dishes are sold out already. I’d like to try their pastries next time.

The number 1 thing to get here is the Banh Bong Lan Trung Muoi (salted egg yolk sponge cake), with all the salty savory bits that would pair super well with sticky rice, you instead get a soft fluffy sponge cake that is to FREAKING DIE FOR. The flavors contrast and play WITH AND AGAINST each other so well that I IMPLORE you to try it.Other stuff wasn't bad either. Another good dessert is the durian wrap cake - which is just a crepe with durian whipped cream inside. Good balance to make it not too rich.Beef stew by the way is 'Pha Lau', which is a sweet offal stew. Doesn't taste gamey though and is maybe 75% as good as the one you'd get in Vietnam. Some of the drinks were horrible though. The Milo one forces you to wait for the ice to melt to make it decent. Durian dessert had too much ice too. Not a fan at all for those.Shame on me for ordering too many things - if I had just ordered the first dish this would be easy 10/10.8/10, would definitely come again and recommend to a friend.
