I had the Desgranado. I t was freaking amazing. I actually didn't know what to expect, but it was worth every penny, I ate it until I just couldn't eat anymore.
"El Bumangues" is the real deal, man! Authentic Colombian fast food, or should I say, straight outta Bucaramanga. That dedication in the meat with smoky vibes, delicious pineapple salsa, and that irresistible tartar sauce. A spot that's really nestled in the hearts of those of us who miss home when we're cruisin' through beautiful San José, California. The best burger in town!!!

They charged us the 15% tip that is charged to groups of 6 or more (which still seems very poorly done to me) on an order for two people, in addition to the fact that the food was smaller, when we asked about the time To pay, they responded to us in a bad way as if it were an OBLIGATION, when the same receipt clearly indicates that of 6 or more people, there were 2 of us!!! Very bad service.

They charged the automatic 15% tip because there were more than six of us, in an American restaurant they never charge it, only Latinos do it, we had asked the waitress before ordering and she told us no. The food is no longer the same, both in taste and portion. I definitely don't recommend it.

We were with my family, the truth is it is the first time we tried Colombian food and we liked it. The atmosphere is cool, the food took a little while but they were attentive from our arrival, the only thing we didn't like was when we went to make the payment, the girl there was not very friendly, we were very discouraged with the attitude she showed. They should improve a little in terms of attitude, the rest everything is very good.
