Food was good. I had ordered chicken Flautas w/ a side of Spanish rice, and my friend ordered shrimp tacos. I felt like the menu was limited though. For example, I couldn't find fajitas. They also don't serve Horchata & Agua Fresca. Service was good. Server was nice, and attentive. Ambiance was beautiful. I would come back though. It's a cool spot to just hang out, and grab a bite.

Oh, wow -between the colorful and gorgeous cultural paintings, the fabulous cocktails, and the unique and delicious food, I'm beyond happy with this pre-show dinner choice!! The nachos were exceptional. Everything was tremendous, including the service. I'll be back!!

Yes, sadly, it appears there is a pattern brewing here. I couldn't believe I was in a restaurant when we came here. Think of everything you consider just BASIC customer service. This place had none of those elements. The only thing I can say was great is that we were actually seated. After that, forget about it. No human in the restaurant even acknowledged our existence for at least 20 minutes. Orders placed. ordered drinks, chips, and then entrees (thinking we'd better place order given how slowly they came to our table). Entrees arrived first. Then chips. Then drinks. Food was dry and overcooked. No one checked in on us the entire meal. Running on a schedule so had to seek out waiter to get check. Finally came 15 minutes later, and then the waiter had the audacity to check the 25% box for tip and then said "I just need a signature." That's a pretty shady move, especially after this kind of service.

Pretty disappointed with this place. It was recommended by a coworker so we made an 8 person reservation for a combo bachelor/ette party over a month in advance. We showed up and we were seated at a table of 6 and table of 2 split by a wood post. These are separate tables and not a table for 8. I would feel embarrassed to put 2 people from our party by themselves so we tried to cram into a 6 person table. I told the host I was not happy and they didn't help. There are plenty of tables at this restaurant. Plan ahead and be better. We ordered some appetizers (nachos and ceviche) and didn't receive any plates. I was told there was a dishwashing issue. That's not acceptable. Overall bad experience.

food and drinks were soooo good!! We loved the decor and how friendly our servers was! HUGE downside was the HOSTS. We had put our name down around 5:30 and were told it was 1 hr wait and they would call us when our table was ready! We returned around the 50min mark and checked in to make sure everything was good since they haven't called yet. Hostess told us they didn't have our name down and we would have to wait 2 hrs MORE than we already waited? We explained that we had already written our names down(i SAW them write it down+ my phone number) to which they said reservation comes first and our name being written down didn't mean anything, we had to wait for reservations to be seated first. Yet when another person in our party arrived at 5:00 (opening) they were told there's no reservation and we need to just wait for most of our party to get there.... l looked for myself at their written down waitlist and our name was no longer written down, it was a whole new paper! Finally we asked to actually SEE the waitlist on their ipads and were given attitude for asking about it. Host in front didn't take ANY accountability and just stood there looking around while another girl helped us figure it out . It's fine if the policy is reservations first but whats the difference between us putting our name down 1 hr+ in advance and a reservation? I asked for the manager since they just stood there staring at us, and they quickly made a table for us no manager needed apparently. Everything else was great!! but the hostess was super rude, literally giving us dirty looks for asking questions? Weirdo. We weren't rude,i tried to be understanding but we were given so much attitude it was ridiculous!

Ok so eff this place ! I joined the waitlist and it said it would be 30-40 minutes we show up and first the pretend they don't see my name then tell me it's gonna be two hrs !

I love the ambiance! Went in on a Saturday evening and they had a live DJ playing fire music. Tried their tostada's de carnitas and they were super tasty. Unfortunately, the low star rating goes for their drinks. At $14 a drink, I was really disappointed when my drink came tasting watered down. I thought maybe it was just mine, but everyone else's drinks were mediocre. Service was great and attentive. Would have definitely given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the bad expensive drinks.
