Let's start with the staff, who turned out to be not friendly and welcoming; for the dish, I ordered lamb kebab, the meat was burnt and tough. We stopped by during lunch on a Sunday and the place was empty compared to the nearby restaurants. We need to understand right away, but alas! Very different from other falafil restaurants in the bay, very disappointed!!!

Got a to-go falafel wrap. It was good, with some pickled veg inside and crisp lettuce. Only thing missing was a napkin. Guess I should’ve gotten one before leaving, but I assumed they were included in the bag. No hot / pepper sauce, which I had hoped for.

Philly wrap wasn’t good, plain taste, and green peppers instead of bell papers as it says in the menu. Also it was pretty expensive

Food was good, though I wasn’t a fan of all the oil pooling around the hummus. Place was a bit dirty though, more of a fast food ambiance than a sit-down restaurant.

The tikka chicken kebab was pretty dry. The gyro wrap was good. Kebab was ok with the sauce.

Food was pretty good. Not amazing, but 4 stars. Service was bad. It's an essentially fast food place but where they spin the screen and ask for a tip. I tipped 20% but got no service. They wouldn't even bring the food to the table even though I was seated right next to the counter and this was around 2pm and I was the only customer. Guy was rude, too. Maybe the 20% tip was too little?Advice for other customers: Go for the food but don't tip. There's no service.

My friends recommended me this place and I always wanted to try it but didn’t get a chance. I did went there today for lunch and trust me the food was amazing. I tried their kebabs and wraps and it was really good. The staff was incredibly attentive, catering to our every need without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, which made choosing our dishes a delightful experience. Will definitely come back to try their others options from the menu.

Had take out of burgers and a pepperoni pizza from this restaurant on 2/14/24 at 8pm. By the time we got home and opened the pizza box, we found that the entire pizza crust and the pepperoni was burnt. I called the restaurant to let them know about this. The person I spoke to asked me to text him the photos of the pizza which I did. He spoke to the person who made the pizza and that person said that’s how he makes pizza. Anyway, the pizza could not be eaten and I asked for a refund. The person I was texting said he had no authorization to give a refund but I could come and pick up another pizza. I told him it was too late at night to get another pizza and I was traveling the next morning so I just wanted a refund for the pizza. He said he would talk to the manager whenever he comes and he should come by the next day but wasn’t sure. I asked him to ask his manager to call me. He said his manager did not like him giving out the number to people. He said he would try to get me my refund the next day. Have not heard back from anyone at the store till today, 2/26/24 even though I sent a couple more messages on 2/17/24 & 2/18/24. The manager nor the person I was speaking to had the decency to text or contact me to apologize or sort out my refund. Very disappointed with their attitude and service. I gave them 2 weeks, which I feel is a fair amount of time to rectify the matter. Since I have exhausted all options, I decided to give them a negative review. Will definitely not be returning to this establishment again./24 - It has been one week since I wrote this review and the management said the refund was being processed. I have NOT received the refund as promised till today (one week)!!! To the management team, please take note of this!

When I saw you have bacon on the menu nothing would be halal. Don’t trust this business

The gyro wrap was really good. The falafels are just so so. Would come back for the gyros.

As a take-out spot or a no-frills casual eatery, Falafel Flame is a pretty dope find in a spot that's recently changed out. Don't expect fancy service (or much else really). Their meats are pretty steller, though I wasn't able to try their namesake falafel due to misreading a menu item. Oh well, another reason to try them out again?! Menu is pretty straightforward though offerings are a bit oddly varied. I'd not think to nab pizza, onion rings, or a quesadilla for instance. Wrap fillings are similar to the plates, but plate does seem to have more food (and more rice) in addition to the pita you'd get in the wrap. Combo platter mixes up the shaved gyro and chicken. And speaking of the gyro, that meat was fantastic! Grilled to a nice crisp on the outside skirts and oozingly moist on the interior side. Plenty of seasoning, but not too salty either. The white sauce is plentiful garlicky goodness. Definitely hitting them up again for that lazy meal time.

Great spot for Middle Eastern food. Everything I've tried here has been delicious. The chicken kabab platter is my favorite. Every platter comes with rice, salad, hummus, and pita. The gyro wrap, falafel, and burgers are other regular items I order frequently. If you like persian style pizza, you'd like the pizza here. I highly recommend giving the burgers a try. It took me a while to order one here, and when I finally did, I was not disappointed. The service is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. The orders come out quickly even though they make everything fresh. I recommend calling ahead if ordering to go. Most orders take about 10-15 minutes. The price is a little high, but keep in mind they use fresh and better than average ingredients.
