I love this place. I have never eaten here but have ordered catering and DoorDash several times. Have never been disappointed. For me I always get the falafel bowl. When I get catering I will order the chicken and falafel. My teak looooves it. Love the soft yummy pitas. Love the spicy sauce, the eggplant, the pearl cous cous, the tabouleh. Always on point.

Came on a Weds lunch hour to grab a few items to go. Falafel bowl was good but nothing extra ordinary, shawarma was decent but also nothing spectacular, albeit filling. Staff were quick and amicable. Restaurant was clean.

SCAMMER ALERT! This is my first time to try the restaurant. The food is good. But the cashier i guess he made the wrong pricing for the first customer and then charges me for what he lost on the first customer. I got the ff: Pita Chicken - $10.00 Falafel (2 orders) - $5.00 Pita and Hummus- $4.50 Soda - $2.50 Total is $22.00 + tax. I did not know that San Jose City tax for food is way expensive than the food im going to eat!!! I was charged $35.00!!!! WARNING TO ALL! DO NOT EAT DO NOT BUY! Sorry if I got scammed I have to advise you guys don't get scammed as well.

Loved the concept of choosing toppings and how you want your bowl/pita sandwich to be built. No staff showed up 3 mins after walking in and calling out. Then the guy took our order half heartedly. The pita on the side was super dry that I was able to fold it into a tiny square and break into pieces. The falafel was tasty, the guy made it fresh and thankfully did not serve the ones that were left out to dry in the open. However, we did get charged extra for our order, so that was very unprofessional. Will not be going back.

I've been coming here for 3 years and everything is top notch - taste, quality, service, and price. Taste & Quality: Their chicken shawarma bowl is my go-to. It's so flavorful when you add the free "stuff it" toppings. The hummus and tahini are really good, you can eat them by themselves with a spoon. I always get half couscous, half greens and both are fresh every time. The chicken is good quality too - not dry, good portions, cooked correctly. The pickles are so flavorful. I really can't say it enough - these bowls taste so good. They are filling but relatively healthy, so sometimes I save half for later. I also like that they make sure your bowl has the right proportion of chicken, couscous, greens, and each topping. Everything is balanced. Service: Since I've been coming here for 3 years, their indoor dining experience was always clean and tidy. The utensils and drink dispenser were nicely kept. Every employee is nice and friendly, and they were the ones who proposed I do half couscous, half greens in my bowl a while back. Today when I walked in to pick up my order, one employee was helping another customer. A different employee went out of his way to help me and hand me my order so I could get in and out. I asked him if my bottled drink was inside the bag. The bag was stapled shut. He checked for me without opening the bag. I really appreciated that the drink was in there so I didn't need 2 hands to carry my order, and that he didn't open the bag to check. Price: If you order delivery or takeout through DoorDash, expect to pay too much. There is an up charge on the takeout option on DoorDash too. I ordered right off of Gotta Eatta Pita's website today for takeout and saved at least $6. For a big bowl (practically 2 meals) + bottled iced tea + 10% tip, I paid only $16. You get a lot for the price. Highly recommend Gotta Eatta Pita for people who work in the area to walk over, or live close enough to drive over, and grab your lunch here. They also cater!

Support this restaurant.Their customer service shined bright today.I ordered dinner through Postmates, but my driver never picked up the order. After having my trouble ticket ignored by Postmates, I called the restaurant directly. I spoke with the Manager and discussed what was happening. I arranged to pick up myself.Upon arrival, he insisted on making me a fresh batch of food, since my original food had been sitting for almost 2hrs. They were so generous and eager to make my experience better- it made all my hangry melt away. Loyal customer well earned.

We like a lot to go out. Last night we arrived in this fine restaurant which friends recommended to us. We had a lovely experience there with very good dishes and an efficient stuff and a great cook. We put this venue in our list and we shall definitely go again soon. Highly recommended.
