I went to this spot with a friend back in January. It was freezing inside! Not sure if their heater was busted, but it definitely wasn't cozy. We grabbed two coffees, a bagel with smoked salmon, and a crepe. Can't recall the exact flavor of the crepe, but it had spinach. Bagel was alright, but the crepe was seriously lacking flavor. Oh, and a little more friendliness from the servers wouldn't hurt!

Everything I imagine when I think of a coffee shop. Legitimate small business. And, good coffee. Good/real customer service. Nothing over the top just business good.

The HeartBeat Cafe is such a cute cafe! It is a hidden cafe in the Cambrian Plaza. It truly is a gem and you must try it! All of the food and drinks are super yummy! The entire cafe has a great atmosphere and has the cutest decorations. When you order, your food comes out very fast! I highly recommend!!

The CUTEST place in Campbell. You have to go! Everything is delicious and the vibe/aesthetic/environment is incredible. A little on the pricey side, but the kind staff and the lovely space make up for it!

Coffee here is great. Only one time was weird because I ordered a lemon crepe but was given a marmalade crepe instead. The food is good and warm!

Came in today for an iced coffee that was strong and sweet just how i like it. Had a mediterenean salad and nutella crepe everything was very savory. The owner was very sweet and welcoming greets you with a smile as soon as you walk in. The shop looks small from outside but once you go in their is a couch and a few tables to sit and eat or just chill with your friends, and the decor was very retro but enjoyable. This will be my new spot for breakfast after dropping my kids from school.

Stingy portions of bad food at high prices. Slow service. An interior that's so baking hot you can't tolerate it. Needless to say I did not enjoy this terrible place. I tried their breakfast burrito with bacon, the smoked salmon bagel, and a double latte. The breakfast burrito was microwaved gas station quality. Served with jarred salsa. It was so bad. Really disgusting. The bagel, for $12, had barely any toppings. Look how stingy that is. $12 for $2 of food, nice markup for barely any work. The latte tasted of milk. No discernible coffee flavor. Overall, well, the roses in the little courtyard outside are nice. But I would never come back for food or drinks.

Great coffee! Had a smoothie and toast beef sandwich for lunch and everything was delicious. Perfect balance of external stimulation and enough privacy to do good work.

Super cute mom and pop cafe with character! The food was surprisingly tasty. We got the breakfast burrito and the Turkey avocado pesto crepe that comes with house marinara sauce which is really yummy. The breakfast burrito was also really solid. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. Quite a bit of tables outside for you to dine and enjoy a nice day out. If you come on Saturdays there's the Cambrian farmers market in the parking lot for some fresh produce. Plenty of parking here as the plaza is pretty big.

A delightful locally owned coffee shop! The crepes are to die for; these were probably the best savory crepes I've ever had! I fully expect to dream about them tonight. The coffee was excellent as well, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and full of treasures and antique coffee grinders. Heartbeat Cafe is a must if you're in San Jose!

Came for a coffee and enjoyed every sip of it. The owner was amicable and quick service. Lots of pastries to choose from and all around very affordable. The chai latte was absolutely delicious. The ambiance is fantastic inside and out, and the outdoor seating has shaded umbrellas! Ample parking and easy to find.
