This food is delicious as always! delicious!However, a problem was discovered today regarding billing. The correct tip calculation should be: consumption amount + a few percent tip + consumption tax. But the impression in Shaoshan is that the consumption amount + consumption tax = the total amount * a few percent tip. Consumption tax is also included in the tip amount. Visiting San Jose area and this became our favorite of our whole trip.Everything was great, from the szechuan green pepper chicken, to the cabbage with pork in flaming pot, and our favorite fish filet in flaming chili oil. We also tried the $5 dan dan noodles (non-spicy, great for kids) and pickled cabbage with fish filet in another occasion for a to-go order.Great portions, don't feel like being ripped off. Delicious food. So good!
