The sandwiches are really good and filling so I sometimes stop by for lunch. Today, I ordered We're Just Friends and noticed that it didn't have any chicken in it. Honestly, I thought it was pretty funny, but would it be possible to get a refund? I'm a reasonable person and I know mistakes are inevitable. So, I would still come back here but was a little bit disappointed when I paid $17 (including tip) for lettuce and avocado haha

I ordered my first Ike's sandwich via Door Dash today. The delivery was fast (l live close by) and efficient. The sandwich however, was a sodden mess. So much sauce/dressing was used that that half the bag and all the napkins were soaked. The bread, partícularly the bottom was so soaked that it literally fell apart in my hands when I picked it up. It was such a mushy mess that I don't think I'm going to even attempt the second half. While the taste was very good, the dripping soggy mess would have worked better in a soup bowl. Considering how fast the delivery was, I'm at a loss to explain this disgusting mess but my first order from Ike's is also my last. I am not overly critical but a dripping, mushy, falling apart mess is not a sandwich!

The 5 stars is only for the dutch crunch bread in the Matt Cain sandwich. The hard top gives the sandwich more substance than the bread from Subway. The Ike's bread also helps to satisfy hunger better than the Lee's Sandwich bread. The Matt Cain sandwich tastes a lot better when eaten rightside-up, unlike the pizza at Mountain Mike's which tastes better when you flip the slice upside down. I will stop typing now because the Yelp app keeps locking up and freezing my screen. . .

First and last time coming here. I ordered one sandwich at 1:05 pm online and listed pick up time at 1:24 pm. It's now 1:45 pm and my one sandwich is not ready yet. I understand you might have a lot of orders ahead but to wait over 40 mins for a sandwich is not acceptable. Bad service and attitude from the two girl and one guy working there. When i asked for a refund because I have been waiting for soo long they magically found my sandwich in the pick up area. Smh

Aches is without a doubt, one of the highest quality sandwich chains that I know of. Emmanuel items are quite unique and creative, and I've never had a sandwich combination here that I didn't like. In particular, one of my favorites is the eggplant sandwich, which tastes like you're eating, eggplant, Parmesan Between bread. What could be better? The pricing definitely reflects the great quality of the sandwiches here, from the portions to the fresh ingredients. When I have gotten catering from here, it's been well packaged and high quality. I would definitely recommend Ikes to anyone looking for a good, Hardy, lunch or looking to get catering for an event.

Placed an online order at the same time as two colleagues a few weeks ago. They got their order 20 minutes before me. When I eventually got my order and brought it back to the office (at that point I had no time left to eat it out…) I discovered they didn’t even make me the right sandwich. ?
I've had good sandwiches in the past but this is just embarrassing. My Thanksgiving sandwich is missing stuffing and cheese. Turkey and cranberry sauce on the world's flattest sandwich is not a $14 value. Why is the bread so pale?Update: They gave me two free sandwiches in my account (rather than the refund I would've preferred) and the icing on the cake is that I can only use one at a time. Since I only go here to grab dinner with my partner, I still have to buy a sandwich each time. This is the last two times I'll be buying anything here.Update #2: They did it again. Half my sandwich ingredients are missing. At least they cooked the bread this time but you have to be kidding me.

First time experience.Ordered the Spiffy Tiffy in their Dutch Crunch bread, instead I got something else on a sourdough and zero meat. I think they mixed the orders, so it was a bummer to not get that I paid for. Aside from that, what I got was very good! and the place is clean.I'd come back for more
