The food is great but I've never gotten my order in less than 30 minutes, even when I pre-order/pre-pay.Today I made sure to order 20 minutes ahead of time. I waited for 10 minutes - even went next door to get boba drinks - then asked about my order. The young man behind the counter looked for my order but said they didn't have it and turned around and walked away. I was able to get his attention again and I asked him if he was saying he wasn't going to make the order. He confirmed and I told him that I already paid - showed him the order confirmation from their own system, Paytronix. The reason for 2 stars and not 1 is that the manager handled the situation. He apologized, refunded my money, gave me a coupon for a free sandwich, then made my order right then. I totally believe the young man that he couldn't find my order but it was just the wrong way to handle it. I hope they get their POS system fixed.

The Ike's team in this location is amazing! I needed help cancelling a big online order because I used the wrong form of payment, and the team was so incredibly helpful. I called the location and the team working did everything they could to help. Their store manager Salvador, who was already off the clock, even reached out later to me to understand my situation and help me out, which I greatly appreciate. Fortunately, everything worked out and the next morning, I received my refund. Thank you to the whole team!The food here is also great! The menu is very inclusive and they are able to accommodate a wide variety of food diets. Everyone loved it!!! Definitely recommend for catering for big groups, everyone will have plenty of options to choose from!Vegetarian options: They have a large vegetarian and vegan section. Everything can also be substituted.Dietary restrictions: Halal, vegan, vegetarian + no onions and no garlic.
