Was ordering some food with a lot of specific instructions for them (Because of my picky family) and the employee got down all of it without me having to repeat it which was just amazing to me. The service is amazing! The food as always is amazing.

Drive thru at this location is easy to get through in a decent amount of time.
By far this is the worst ive ever been to in terms of service wise. Basically, there is no service whatsoever unless you can speak Spanish. I was totally ignored by the staff and the others who speaks Spanish but came after me were greet right away... After those were served then one of the staff said "what do you need? " while not looking directly to me... My response to her... "Adiós"

They refused to take your phone to pay inside. I've gone elsewhere.
Not professional at all and they're overcharging for pricing they have over-inflated them I have to drive to another Jack in the box just to take a picture of it you're charging almost $6 for their Jack without cheese, people will see.The best Jack is still... Blossom hill and Snell.Those guys rock. You guys are out of this world Jackalmaden

Worst service ever. Literally just left. Ordered three burgers all plain cause my kids have allergies. All came with mustard and ketchup even after confirming theorder was correct on the screen. Also we only received 2 burgers my fault for not checking but all food went to the trash cause we couldn't eat it. Last time I'll ever come here. Tomorrow I Will have to dispute the charge on my credit card.
