Terrible grease or something. The food smelled like literal horse manure. The tenders are not for human consumption. And I went back twice to change my flavorless & fizzless soda. I enjoyed 0% of this ridiculous meal. I’ll never return to another jack in the box in my entire life.

Walked in..... stood at counter for two minutes waiting for one of the four girls standing around giggling and talking with each other to take my order. One of them finally saw me standing there... they all got quiet then walked to the kitchen. Waited two more minutes then walked out hungry. Not going back. EVER!!!!
This chain has become very overpriced. The food quality is very variable. Something just ok. Sometimes poor, Iced tea watered down. Mostly tastes like plain water. Very over priced.

The female did not understand my order so after the 3rd time ... a male stepped in to take my order. My 2 chicken sandwiches with Swiss cheese were cooked fresh to order and yum!
The workers seem to be non attentive to the customer when reaching the cashier and multiple times have forgotten something from my order now. This time it was my large French fries.
