If you come here make sure you bring your patience with you. I'm pretty sure these kids are hitting their pens all day at work. That would be the THC pen. For those who aren't familiar with the lingo. I was the only person in the place. And they all looked at me stony eyed while they tried to figure out how to use the orange juice machine.

"I usually go there on the weekend, so it's quite busy, with around five people in front of me in line. I love the mango protein shake; the prices are reasonable. There are some seats outside where you can enjoy your order. I highly recommend it

Waited 30 minutes for medium Jamba. Only 4 other people in the place. Seems they were busy doing internet/phone orders w 1 person making juices. Medium size was smaller than I remember and for $10? Forget it. I'll make my own!

Much better than the location inside mall across the street. There is never line, employees are nice and always get same great smoothies as expected. Always stop here before going inside the mall and save yourself some money.

Very annoying that you can't contact this store location directly! . They never pick up their phone and still haven't setup their voicemail! C'mon Mr. Manager, contact IT support for help. All I ever want to check is if their temperamental orange juicer machine is working?

Not sure what they are thinking. I've tried to buy from this location 2x in the last 3 weeks and in both instances... they didn't want my money.Situation 1. I went there around 7:15 pm and when I walked up to the front door, I saw the workers inside but the sign on the door said they were closing early as per management. Sign posted hours show open to 8pm.Situation 2. I called to verify they would be open and serving at 7:30pm. They said yes, yes when I arrived and ordered... they then told me they stop making fruit bowls/bowls of any kind 1hr before closing time. I reminded them I just called 10mins prior and they said they were open for ALL items.To the owners/manager... you should think about how you service your customers, we are likely to spread the word that you don't want our business, or at a minimum let others know that your noted hrs are a lie, your available options are a lie.Very very poor customer service!

Customer service was alright, some of the employees are great, but there is quite a wait time to get your drink/order. Their equipment looks like it's seen better days. I ordered an orange dream, my brother ordered a pomegranate paradise. In the pic it looks like that's the orange/vanilla icecream left out, but this wait right after I ordered, I didn't get my drink for a about 20 mins so not sure why they just leave the icecream out for that long

We come to this location whenever we can and we visited today for my boyfriend's birthday. He was denied his birthday drink because he didnt have his phone to show for the point system.even though he had his ID She was extremely rude about it and when I said you dont have to be rude she replies I dont care. Shelby is the worst employee. She claimed to be a manager and If that's true shes the lowest tier. She didn't even greet us when we came in. I used to work for jamba juice and I guess they just hire anybody nowadays

I hate to be that guy but I'm never coming to this Jamba ever again.. 35 min wait for a smoothie and an açaí bowl is crazy.... Not only did I wait so long. Everyone working was super nasty and clearly not trained. I watched them make my açaí bowl and the person making it "washed" his hands with the dish sprayer, And after wiped his nose and touched his mouth before touching my banana and bowl all over the place and I quickly got a refund for it. Happened on 3/17/22 3:30pm
