I was told that they can't help me out, I respectfully asked if I can just give them my card and have them type it since it wasn't busy. A gentleman with down syndrome was able to order and be helped. I hate to be the one, but it's just seems like normal, is not good enough for service. ?

I don't know if I heard right but I think his name was Jova, was the nicest employee at Jamba. He was so patient in taking my order was even trying to help me create a drink that I will enjoy. Even after getting a random drink and not liking it he offered me a new one and was so nice about it, his customer service was phenomenal. I will be going back again and hopefully he is there to take my order because he was so patient, fast and just overall a nice friendly guy. Give that man a raise!!

I order smoothies from this location through Door Dash on a fairly regular basis. I have no complaints about those. What drives me crazy is that the Door Dash app has an option where you can request or decline a straw. This is likely in response to Assembly Bill 1276, which was passed in 2022 and effectively bans retail food businesses from providing single-use accessories such as utensils, straws and condiment packets unless requested by customers. I consistently ask for NO straw, but I get one EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. For the love of all that is good and holy, please PAY ATTENTION to what your customers want and actually give a damn about the environment!

Don’t mobile order here. I mobile ordered and was told they didn’t have the stuff to make what I ordered which would’ve been totally ok if they were nice and offered solutions. The girl with piercings refused to give me a refund. And there was no manager around to issue my refund either. I just wanted the money back on my card since they couldn’t give me what I ordered and I was pretty nice and understanding about it too. But the energy wasn’t reciprocated instead very nonchalant and was treated like I was an inconvenience, which is why I’m reviewing this store poorly. Get better employees! I walked outta there without the stuff that I payed for or a refund, so I’ll be disputing this with my bank.

Yesterday was my 1st time at this location. I went during my lunch break. The customer service-SUCKS! There were 2 young ladies working, nobody in the building, which took them FOREVER to attend me. Until I spoke up that's when, one decided to help me, with a shitty attitude! After awhile another customer came and right away, she helped them in cheerful manner! WTH!! Also floors are so dirty and sticky! Never coming back! Should've went to Starbucks, instead!

Staff is always slow. Go to the Jamba 5 minutes away at The Plant- will make your order in half the time.

The teenager working here has a racially bias attitude.

Never greeted me when I came in and all they do is talk in the back room. I pre-ordered w a pickup at 3:03pm and still waiting on my order at 3:25pm and they've already served all the walk-in orders after me. I can't even tell who is in charge here as they are all young. Such a shame as I love Willow Glen but the owners have got to do something about getting this business together and managing it the right way...with a smile and communication!

The employees were extremely rude in a simple solution situation. My friends drink was either not made or was taken by another costumer. When speaking to an employee about the situation, the worker continued to say she had called the order out 3 times even though my friend had been standing there listening the whole time. To add, none of the drinks had any indication of whose was whose, making it very easy to mix the drinks up. The way this predicament was handled by the employees was extremely unprofessional aswell as disappointing.

This Jamba sucks . 0/5. Customer service sucks and the drinks suck. How is Jamba still in business? ALSO THIS PLACE IS OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE. Pls don't waste your hard earned money here. We paid $15 for these two garbage quality drinks. Think I'm throwing in the towel with Jamba.

Sadly Jamba Juice service is terrible now. Anytime there are more than 4 people ordering the amount of employees (I count 2 today) are overwhelmed and the wait is like getting on a Disneyland ride. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES YOU CHEAP BASTARDS !

I have gone to this Jamba Juice for over a decade. Before the pandemic, the severs were friendly and fast. I absolutely adore the Orange Dream Machine, and get it every time. I have tried multiple times in the past two months to have a good experience, but to no avail. A few months ago I saw a woman training multiple men. All the men were not only rude to the customers, but were very rude to her as well (not listening to her instructions, being super snarky to her, purposefully going super slow motion, just trying to waste time, trying make a point or something). She was trying, but they couldn't care less. Lately, all employees there now work in slow motion, walking into the back all the time to avoid customers, never looking toward the counter at all. This has happened the last FOUR times I went there.Today, I ordered ahead by 30 minutes. When I get there, they have 16 customers, all inside the store. I am shy, so I wait for someone to help me. Three minutes later, one of the four workers turns around toward the counter, and I get their attention. They slowly look around, then slowly check the computer, then tell me, slowly, that it's not ready yet. I said "I ordered ahead, online, 30 minutes ago." Then just looked at me, and said, slowly, "We're pretty busy..."You need to pay your employees more!! If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. I can't believe I'm saying this; I love my ODM, and this is a wlk from my house, but I will never go back to this Jamba ever again. Do better hiring, paying, and training your employees. The current batch is not effective, or representing your store well at all.
