I was there today and I ordered a strawberry wild and got a tasty pretzel but the food was kind of burnt and it hurt my teeth because I did not want to waste it :(

Put in a mobile order at 10:51 am, arrived at the store 11:05 am, and it still wasn't ready. The associate blamed it on his break. He's gotta have his break before fulfilling any orders. What kind of store is this, so short-staffed? I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Always my go to healthy snack after a good workout! My go to is vanilla blue sky and aloha pineapple! I love the curbside Option and the Jamba Juice app so I can order ahead and get it quick! They also offer a lot of discounts when you sign up for the app!

I have ordered the same green smoothie at multiple locations and this place waters down the smoothies way too much. And online orders via DoorDash delivery are always badly packaged that spills are guaranteed.

We were so excited to get Jamba Juice after our 4 hour hike but arrived at the store only to be disappointed that it was closed and frustrated the next day to find out I was still charged for smoothies we did not received. I placed an order via their mobile app on Saturday June 10th and when I got to the store to pick up, there was a notice on the door saying they're closed for the day and "all online orders will be refunded as soon as possible" yet I still haven't received my refund as of today. In fact, my app showed the order was "complete" when y'all did not give me my order. Does this mean the customers have to go through the process of asking for a refund when it's not even their fault the store was closed but showed "open" on the app. First off, if the store is closed, why did the store show as "open" on the app? Second, why was my order able to go through showing "complete" when y'all was closed? Going forward I won't be placing any orders via the mobile app for this location. This is the last place I would expect this kind of customer service.

Terrible service! Placed an online order... simple enough. Get to the store and 2 employees are there. No one is talking... I walk up to the pick up counter to get my order and they both walk to the back of the kitchen. 1 girl with a long pony tail opens up ice cream only to spin around and put her hair in the ice cream. The other girl won't look up from the blenders to save herself while she's rocking some great red French tip nails. Hope one of those doesn't bust off in my drink. While I'm being ignored it gives me the chance to look around and see how dirty the store is. Boxes under the sinks that clearly have got wet and left there. Things look thrown around. Counter face has stains on it... needless to say that I'll avoid this location for a while.

It's Jamba, so you know it's gonna be bomb. But, I just have to say a word about the lone girl behind the counter, Brenda?, by herself, during a lunch rush, HANDLING IT! The guy behind me was a bit of an a** and she didn't bat an eyelash.... Just kept on cranking out drinks for online orders and walk-ins. Then, I totally ordered the wrong food item and she just helped fix everything. The world needs more Brendas
