Our wedding cake Savon the owner said it could be done, cake was late it looked horrible, cake was stale and dry, design nothing like we had ordered, the edible flower and leaves plastic two roses . We had a wooden stand it was going to go on nope ! Savon until this day has not contacted us to make it right . The worse thing my invoice and her word did not meet expectations. 1500.00 for this

Had the most delicious and beautifully rustic two-tier cake!! There were very few to no regrets my husband and I had from our wedding, but one of them was that we wish we had more cake :P Both the Lemon cake with Strawberries and the Chocolate Chip cake were perfectly moist and just the right amount of sweet. We received many compliments from our guests saying this was one of the BEST wedding cakes they've ever had, including my brother/Man of Honor who is a baker/picky eater! We are so glad we went with Jen's and are truly grateful to them for being so accommodating from the beginning. Highly recommend!!

I don't know what the hell is wrong with this place. I've sent 2 inquiries and called TWICE for a cake for DECEMBER -LAST MONTH! I even showed up to the store which is CLOSED! I was assured I would get an email in 3 days... never happened. Was assured I would get an email in a few hours.. never happened, even texted them, never got back to me... suddenly I get email saying sorry we are booked and closed for October and November. That makes no sense, my inquiry is for DECEMBER! The old owners of Jen's cakes sold it so it's under new ownership and obviously they cannot handle the amount of customers. It's really ridiculous, don't waste your time, go somewhere else!

First of all we agreed on the delivery time at the exact time we were waiting for, I called Shavon and she said she would be late by an hour, an hour passed, I still dont get cake called her again but phone cannot be reached, i called the other number and it was Nancy she said there was a problem with the driver, so it took about an hour and half when the cake arrived. The cake was very dry, the taste was cheap to think how many hundreds i paid. none of the guests said that the cake was delicious, everyone was dissapointed, waste of money dont order here and they ruined our party.

Shavon made the CUTEST cookies with baby girl theme so I could give to my parents! They were adorable but they also smelled amazing and tasted even better!! I didn't have any design in mind so she did her thing and it was perfect!! Thank you so much!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wanted to love the cupcakes, I ordered 2 dozen mini cupcakes for $72. There were mini, an inch in diameter. When I told people how much I spent on the cupcakes, I was made fun of and told they weren't even that good.

Jen's Cake made a cake for my sister's 50th Birthday.I live in the UK and wanted to order a special cake as I could not join her for her big day.Shavon was very very helpful and kind.She suggested me the flavours to go with as I wanted to order chocolate cake.Angel was very prompt in replying to my emails and helped me organise things even at a short notice of 3 days.The delivery was spot on time .Thank you!The cake was a masterpiece and my sister was ecstatic when she received it.She said it tasted one of the best cakes she has ever eaten,I wish I was there to share this with her.I am sure it is now in her go to bakery to order cakes for special occasions.Thank you so much for helping me make her Birthday so special from such a long distance.I would give 5 stars to Jen's Cakes and would throughly recommend.Thanks you once again to Shavon, Angel and the gentleman who delivered the cake.

I went in to brainstorm the design of the cakes/cookies and also had very specific dietary restrictions for the cake/cupcakes (no sugar, no salt). Shavon was able to accommodate all my requests. Everything came out delicious and looked way better than I could ever imagine.The best part of my order were the cookies. I ordered a total of 4 dozen cookies (various shapes/designs). They were delicious (not the least bit dry!) AND all so beautifully decorated. I’m already trying to think of the next occasion I can order sugar cookies. :) Highly recommend placing an order with Jen’s Cakes.

I stumbled across Jen's Cakes purely by accident while trying out the Too Good To Go app and picking up a surprise bag from Fit Food Cuisine which shares space. (They both share the same pickup door.) Due to an app notification sent in error, we arrived too early to pickup our order and Jen immediately set out to help us out by contacting the owner to see if she could assist. She was super friendly and even offered us some samples while we waited. Her chocolate cake cookie was AMAZING!!! The cupcakes samples were certainly very good, but the cookie was definitely the highlight of our adventure. Found out she is able to make both gluten free and vegan delights, so we are looking forward to trying those out in the future. Definitely worth a follow-up visit. Thanks for the southern hospitality Jen!
