We decided to try out Jinya for lunch while searching for a new ramen place. Arriving during off-peak hours helped us skip the crowds, which was a plus. The location is convenient, situated outside the mall near the Cheesecake Factory. The staff welcomed us warmly, and our waiter was attentive and friendly throughout our meal.Our food arrived promptly after ordering, and the flavors were delicious. However, we found the portion sizes to be a bit small given the prices. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend giving Jinya a try.

I went in today and had to wait 5 minutes to be seated (it was not busy at all) the servers were just standing there talking and looking at me. Once I was seated I noticed other customers had came and they sat them right away. After they took their order first through I was waiting for mine to be taken. After that we happened to be done at the same time and they checked them out fast while I had to wait and wait for them. Eventually I got tired of waiting and seeing them stand around that I got up and asked the server who was just standing around. I gave them no tip because their service was terrible. And I hear them yelling thing in a different language as I was leaving. NEVER COMING BACK
Some of the best veggie and vegan ramen out there! This place stands out because of the large variety of toppings they give you with the noodles. Definitely ask for brussel sprouts with your ramen, it takes the dish to another level.
