+ Great variety of pho noodle soups. There are quite a lot of menu items (e.g pork intestines) that I have not seen in any other Vietnamese pho restaurants in Bay Area.+ Personally really enjoyed the wide rice noodles.+ Good portion size- The soup has a slightly sweeter taste than usual.

They have a multitude of noodles, including clear noodles and broad rice noodles that you can substitute for any other noodles. The protein and broth stays the same. They have lots of other things besides Pho.

Probably the largest servings of pho and hu tieu I've ever had, but the price reflects that. Definitely one bowl for two people!..unless you're really hungry.Flavor wise pretty good, up there with Pho San Jose and Pho Dao.Location is right by a famous burned/rebuilt church and has it's own parking!

Delicious food and good customer service. The only downside is the Chinese donut, which was dry. Parking is limited. Restaurant is clean.

Service 4 stars - attentive and asked if we wanted pork stomach in the soup, oh of course YESFood 4 stars- good amount of fixings, would be a large size at other noodle places that offer different size bowls - love the beef bone, good amount of meat on the bone and tender- yellow egg noodles 5+ stars, perfectly cooked with a nice bit to it, very eggy flavor- felt the MSG hangover about 30 minutes after the meal, so 1 star off the ratingPrice 4 stars- while it appears to be on the higher side, that's because we got the full combo, they do offer al a carte ordering for those that only want specific items in their soup Location 5 stars- free parking!!!!!

5/5 this is our favorite family dinner spot. The food is incredibly fresh and well made and all three generations of family running the restaurant make us feel so welcome and at home every time, including our kids who are still pretty wild and messy in public dining situations, which we appreciate. We come here for the Hu tiếu, but everything here is good from the Bo khó to the cha xíu to the desserts. I also love love love the honeycomb cafe sửa da which the mom recommended to me, the coffee is not too sweet so the honeycomb adds the perfect crunchy sweetness! Can't wait to come back and wish we still lived closer.

Stopped by this restaurant while looking for a restaurant which we haven't visited. It has parking next to the restaurant. The restaurant is pretty big with outdoor sitting. It is the type of vietnsmese chinese cuisine. It was not that busy when we arrived. The unique stuff on the menu is that you can choose a couple of types of noodles and choose 2 if you want. While looking for the menu, I think at least 3 times they asked us what to order. It is a bit annoying since we told them to give us a minute. We just try to figure out what to order. We order white and yellow noddle soup. It comes with slices pork, shrimp, and quail egg. The soup comes with pork bone. The soup is clear and yummy. The noddle is ok.Wecalso order beef stew white and yellow noodle. The gravy l is yummy, but the beef is a bit tough.Pricewise, it is a bit high compared to the portion.Overall, they are good. I like the beef one compared to the noodle soup.

The bowl here is a great size. I prefer a larger bowl. The favor was very tasty, I had the filet mignon with beef balls. If I am in the area I'll definitely eat here again. I was very impressed with the customer service -above all else. They bring out our Pho very quickly - and they make sure your water is full at all times. I had 4 people come up to my table for service. Strongly recommend.

Solid noodle stop!Walking distance from SJSU, they have an extensive menu with all kinds of Vietnamese/SE Asian noodles. They have their own parking lot so parking is not an issue. Inside is spacious with lots of tables. I've been to Kali here and there over the years, H1 (Hu tieu nam vang with white noodles) is what I get. Not pictured but it's solid! I tried the hu tieu go (a la carte noodles) this time for a quick lunch. Broth is standard and the portion is good. Their sauce bar is great to add and make extra flavors. The staff told me their sriracha (in red bottle) is made in-house! It was pretty good.I think the only thing that deters me from making it my go-to hu tieu spot is the price. Given their location downtown with their own parking spot, it's hard to lower the price anymore. Sucks because it's a great spot for SJSU students to go for a nice warm bowl of noodles but it's pretty pricey.Overall, good food but 3.5 stars, rounding up!

A nice spot for some good quality Vietnamese food. I had the summer roll, though was questioned when I ordered it. Menu is a little haphazard with tons of similar sounding options! Probably nothing for someone who knows their way around the cuisine. They were out of the flat noodles. I ended up with a pork shrimp and garlic dish, I would say the broth was a little sweet for me, but overall it was very good.

Solid Viet food. They specialize in hu tieu nam vang but they got other Viet noodle dishes as well. The coolest thing bout this spot is that you can customize which noodles you want with your dish. So dishes which may specifically use egg noodles, you can change it up to use clear noodles or something else. In their hu tieu, you can even choose up to two noodles. The regular and thin yellow are more traditional for that dish. Not the flat yellow and clear would be my favorites for it. The flat rice and thick rice noodles, while good don't really fit as well. The portions are pretty solid for $17.Overall, would come back if I'm the area but wouldn't make a detour
