Horrible service from Maria who when asked three times when I called from their parking lot if their drive thru was open, she replied yes. I told her there was no one there and her reply was that the person was on break. Okay so your drive thru really isn't open Maria? When I asked to speak to the manager, she said the manager wasn't there. I told her she just lost a customer and her response was "that's fine". How pathetic. I will never go to this KFC again. Trying to find out if there is a corporate office I can complain to. Learn some customer service Maria.

I had the $20 fill up, it was the worst chicken I ever had, dry and tasteless, I ordered a side of coleslaw which seemed to be just shredded cabbage no dressing, biscuits with no butter french fries were ok.

Finally a KFC that gets its right consistently. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. Not all KFCs in this area have maintained the basic standards and are content to serve old, greasy, long gone chicken and nuggets but not your location. Bravo I plan to visit again soon even though I live 8 miles away

My local KFC on Bascom Ave in San Jose. Has always had a hit or miss on service. Sometimes it's fine, no problems. Other times it's a nightmare and you get tons of the wrong items in your order. With that said this day in May was a mixture of crap service and WTF food. They had some dude in the parking lot like a hillbilly drive thru, but then they asked us to go inside to order??? I figured better to throw a softball pitch and keep the order simple. I ordered 2 lrg mash and 1 lrg gravy. I got two small mash and gravy for the price of two lrg mash and 1 lrg gravy. But they had doubled the price from their website. The chicken was an 8 pc for $20 deal. This chicken was dry over cooked skinny awful crap. This chicken needed a sandwich man. This bird had serious crackhead energy the bread was sloppy and did I mention that thing was dried out like a poultry mummy. When I called they told me that the price had gone up on mash potatoes from $4 and change to almost $8 for a lrg. And that as long as I got the right amount of chicken, nothing they could do. Never going back not for $8 instant mash potatoes and crackhead chicken.

Drove to KFC finding doors locked and it was only 5:30 why? Wasted gas and time. Really don't understand. Just to let you know not a good way to treat customers

I saw the rating of this location and I sorta get why it's this low. I was asking what chicken pieces was in the 3 piece meal. The shift manager and didn't really know. So customer service was not really strong at this location. Far from bad, but a C- at best. I was there at 11 o'clock and everything tasted fresh and juicy and delicious. So any of the issues this place has, are clearly at the top. If the owner doesn't care, then everyone below will only do as much as they need to not get fired. It's often the problem with most fast food places. So I'm rarely surprised
Deceitful. Ordered 12 piece meal. Didn't get my receipt after I ordered my food. I also stood at the register waiting for it but the cashier left and did other things. Got my food in a timely manner. Got called up for my food. Walked up and was handed my food in a bag to go. I then go, I didn't get my receipt and the person goes we left the receipt on the counter. This is deceitful since 1) that was a print out of my order/ 2) per the sign food was in my hand I still didnt get a receipt. This is just dishonest. Look at the video footage for today, you guys lie on this and try to get out of what you say.

People who work here just dont care about customers. Chicken was uncooked. Also there was a young man moping the floors and customers had to keep moving while he was moping. Very unsafe to do while customers are shopping.

Found this place at the prefect moment. Very awesome and friendly staff. Went in on a late Saturday afternoon and food was quick and hot and I mean hot (chili cheesedog) and was awesome!

KFC has one of the more decent fast-food in my opinion, but man, how expensive has it become lately! Sometimes, it's not worth the crispy fried chicken skin dipped in gravy anymore to get even an 8pc bucket without sides.
