Very friendly, helpful and fast. The food was good, the rice just needed more flavor. And I only recommend more attention to the bathrooms, because they are somewhat dirty and have a bad smell.

Place has a very nice atmosphere, decent food, a bit pricey for the taste . But WATCH OUT WHEN YOU GET THE RECEIPT! THEY GAVE THEMSELVES A 15% TIP WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!!! How ridiculous is that! Will not be returning as some street tacos would’ve probably tasted better than what I ordered ??♀️

Amazing plates and good service! My server explained in english some items I couldn't understand flavor of my meal was real good only thing I didn't like was men that came in to play music stood right behind us and it was way too loud we came to eat dinner and I wish they would've stood at the front would've been more

Love this place. Their mega mimosas are awesome El personal aquí es de lo mejor. Tienen una gran variedad en su menú Desde waffles hasta comida 100% michoacana. Los mariscos son una delicia.

This review is for " The Waffles " inside la kBaña Del Tio Tavo. Not to sure why they moved the location inside here, but I think it was definitely a bad idea. The food was really amazing at the location next door that they had as well as the service was top quality Every time. I had the breakfast burrito my go to for this place and have never had a problem, until today. The burrito needed more seasoning, seemed to plain for me you would think having all the filling chorizo eggs cheese beans potatoes and peppers and for some odd reason " rice" would have matched up well but this was not the case on this occasion. Very disappointed 2/5 the chipotle sauce they have was broken ( either too old or not mixed properly) Asked for an orange juice basically got a kids cup of orange juice for 6$ which is beyond me.My girlfriend got the rib eye Benedict and was highly disappointed. Again lack of flavor , no kind of seasoning ( a little bit of salt would go a long way ) It's a breakfast spot but if you know this place it's a bar by night so you can guess what kind of ambiance it is through out the day. Overall I would not recommend this place at all first and last time at this new location

This place just sucks stay away from it unless you want throw your money away we came here from Oakland I know San Jose has lots of good food but this place is awful I ordered a wet burrito because how can you f*** it up right? The green sauce nasty af the burrito had no beans the rice wasn't even Mexican red rice the burrito was so small as well the horchata has coconut I don't like coconut so I couldn't even drink it the quesa birria we ordered so oily and the cheese is just disgusting the total was 55$ like what at a place we go to it would have been 24$ this place sucks don't ever go stay away
