It was 20 minutes before closing and I was really looking forward to just running in and getting a paleta. However, when I got there the door was locked with people still ordering. If you do not close at 10, make sure your hours match that. Very disappointed seeing as though I live in the area and really enjoy coming here.

Fresas con crema are mediocre. Granola is served at the bottom of the cup and there are no prices for any menu item. The employees don't know the prices so I ended up paying a lot more than I was quoted.

They have a unique and delicious cucumber ice cream. It's a delightful water-based treat, making it a great vegan-friendly option. The ice cream itself is good, and I love the idea of the place being a fun spot to sit down and enjoy your treat. However, it could really benefit from replacing the decorative lights to revive its look and bring out the vibrant, colorful ambiance it's meant to have. Despite this, it's still a good place to snap some fun photos. A few tweaks could easily elevate the entire experience.

first and foremost I been visiting this location a lot more than usual because of my 8 year old she loves the ice cream here. Lately that we been going the young kids that are working there are extremely rude. and that's very disappointing because now i wont be going back. I would give them the benefit of the doubt and let it go a couple times but I rather take my money else were. and do better with the pancakes every time I go and want to buy some there out of batter like come on really!!!

Everything is very good, except that the lids of the glasses are of very poor quality. I hate that they don't assemble anything well. All the drinks are always thrown away. They should have better quality things to put the products in.
