What a cute little spot in downtown! Stopped here for a girls night catch up and they had the perfect little room with a couch and fire for an intimate vibe. The ambiance is so perfect and cozy for a more relaxed night out. The bartenders were so nice and helpful when ordering. The food was pretty straight to the point but yummy so I can't complain. The viognier was crisp but I definitely enjoyed the Bella Montagna Sav Blanc more. I would definitely come back here for a date night!

I've been here 2x and both times have been amazing! I recently came in with some girlfriends to do a gift exchange in the cozy room they have available which has a couch and a couple chairs, coffee table and some awesome decor. it was perfect! it really has a homey vibe. Wine: All the wines I've had have been pretty good. They'll let you try before buying a glass to make sure you like it which I really appreciate. What I really enjoyed was the mulled wine (hot)! so yummy it felt like Christmas in a mug. I tried to make it on my own for a friendsmas but not even close Food: I've tried a lot of the toasties! You really can't go wrong but my favorites are the blistered tomato and pea (I think this one is seasonal in summer) Hot honey pepperoni flatbread: delish! I wish there was more bread but the flavor was great. Brown sugar Rice Krispies: YUMM. had sea salt for a perfect sweet and savory balance. Burrata: can you ever go wrong? service was great as well. Just know it is a first come first serve no reservations and it is on the smaller side but both times I've had no wait. Also, they play old school r&b !! It gives it a more down to earth vibe that makes you feel comfortable as opposed to other wine tasting rooms that have a more pretentious vibe. Overall: great place to catch up with a friend and enjoy some wine while listening to some good music and ambiance. don't come super hungry, more of a snack while you sip kinda place.

Wanted to try this spot for a while and it did not disappoint. Parking can be tough but I went on a Tues around 4:30 and there were plenty of metered spots. It's also walking distance to San Pedro Square. The place is exactly as named, an adorable small house well decorated for the holidays. It's super cozy. They had a great happy hour selection and I had a viognier, a pinot and, my favorite, the Cabernet (cannot remember the exact names but all were great). In addition we got the Apple Brie and sundried tomato crusties which were delicious! Staff was also friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. I will definitely be back and highly recommend for a date spot or even an afternoon with friends. You must check this place out!

What a charming & cozy wine bar. Outdoor seating on a cute front porch invites you in to a small, but friendly bar. The main seating has large comfotable chairs and table seating. Cute decor. Reasonably priced unusual wines, yummy food & super friendly service. Happy hour makes it a good deal! Not to be missed!

I just knew I was going to love Little Wine House, and I did! We visited on a Friday evening and our party of 4 got seated right away in our own cozy little room. It was basically like a living room with a comfortable couch, armchair, coffee table, festive decor, and electric fireplace. The ambiance was absolutely perfect! We went up to order at the bar and I got a glass of the Tooth & Nail Tempranillo, which was fantastic. My friends chose the house-made Mulled Wine (delicious) and a glass of De Soi (we LOVE a zero proof option). We were also starving, so we ordered a bunch of items off their small food menu - the Furikake Chex Mix (great snack), the Pepperoni Flat Bread, and an assortment of crostini, or as they call them, "crusties". The crusties were delicious, and I ended up eating four of them. My favorite was probably the Blistered Tomato, but the Sun Dried Tomato and Artichoke were also very good. All the food was brought to us in our little room, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I'm obsessed with this place and will be returning soon!

Cute. Quaint. Loved the location. Nice owners. I had a natty wine and meatballs. Liked the bowl that this appetizer came in w its own parmesan grater. I'll come again but may choose a different wine.

This is such a cute hidden gem in San Jose nestled in Little Italy. Coming here feels like you've stepped into somebody's cozy living room. They even have a little separate room that would be perfect for a small group. We were able to easily get a table for four on a Friday evening. We ordered artichoke crusties, pesto tomato burrata, and the furikake chex mix. We enjoyed each of these greatly! The chex mix was seasoned perfectly and made for a great table snack. The artichoke crusties packed a lot of flavor. The pesto tomato burrata was great to share and had a lighter flavor. They also have a nice wine collection of course and put up with my indecisiveness when it came to choosing a wine. Overall, I think Little Wine House is perfect for a date or an cozy meeting with friends. Highly recommend!

I love a wine bar and tapas! Cute little house turned wine bar, as you can guess by the name. Tasty small plates to go with your wine; and small and quaint, nicely decorated seating areas. Had my kinda music playing to boot; lil throwback r&b I was vibing to. The service was also great; friendly and attentive, with food recommendations of what to try. Perfect spot for a date night before or after your Little Italy dinner or SAP event. If you love wine bars and supporting local SMBs, this is a nice lil spot to try out.
