Stopped in here for lunch between baseball tournament games. All food cooked fresh to order. Tacos were extremely delicious. All the adults and kids very much enjoy the food. It was tucked away inside the mall and we had trouble finding it so just go inside to find it. It's cash only.

Well things started good Chips and salsa was good And the Pina coladas were good also But the garlic shrimp wasn't that tasty Refried beans were okay but rice not so much And my carnitas taco soggy meat and oil all over my tortilla and way to much cilantro Wife breakfast burrito was well let's say she only ate 25% of it But the drink at the end that's what made me completely regret going here Mazatlan love Tasted like generic cough syrup I saw the help wanted sign in window hopefully they get some help soon Won't be going backUpdate from owners reply Drink was made with out you having all the proper ingredients blended or on the rocks doesn't change the flavor of the drink Don't pawn your mistake off on meOwn your own Mistakes It looks better and is more respected

Used to be the best restaurant around, and now it's the worst! Doors and signs are open at 9 am, but they are only open for alcohol and to go orders I guess. Lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted something to go, and I said no it's for here and she said we're closed, as she's serving some drunk a beer at 9 am. Priorities have changed, and I will never go there again.Sorry, the lady that was there today at 9:15 am, serving her customer a beer, and said I wasn't allowed to eat there because they were closed! And the older guy outside blowing off the patio said the same thing. So not a family restaurant anymore!!! They cater to the night club lifestyle instead of being the well known family owned restaurant. If you need a beer for breakfast, definitely the place to go, but don't expect to be served any food, even though the signs say open, they're closed.

The best tacos! I have tried tacos at many places & been disappointed for them being bland. But the tacos at Mama Lupitas are sooooo flavorful & spicy! The fajitas are so delicious too! Burritos are ok. Not that great. But the seafood is delicious. The cocktails are huge. The food quantity is plentiful. We visited this place on valentines too and we enjoyed celebrating here. The place is small, but was homely with warm people and live music. Everytime we are in town, I make it a point to either visit or order here. Will definitely keep visiting this place :)

Lupitas is traditionally good . If you search for good home cooking with an awesome salsa to go with it this is your spot.Parking: Its a safe environment but like all things you dont know where the enemy will strike. I suggest you hide personal belongings just for safe measures

Food is good @ Mama Lupita. I like a couple of food there, quesadillas... However, lately, about a month now, I think the restaurant is having someone else (maybe?) doing the cooking, or something had happened??! The food aren't the same anymore. Even the burritos is becoming very bland; the taste is weird. Too bad! I wish it comes back like before, because my friends and I like this establishment.

I had a combination (crispy beef taco, pork tamale, beef enchilada) for lunch and it was really good. I couldn't finish the salad and bit of beans because I was so full.

A bit too expensive for what you get. Choose carefully and ask about actual prices. With a 13% tip after slow service, it cost $25 for huevos rancheros (with one egg) and a Mineragua water. Yes, we are in a high inflation cycle. But this seemed excessive. On the other hand, the atmosphere is good, the place is clean, and the staff is friendly.
