This dining experience could easily have been disappointing, yet it was remarkably saved by the outstanding service from both the manager and the servers.Last night (around 8pm on 4/2/2024), I ordered a New York Strip, and when I was almost done with my appetizer, I was informed that they had run out of the New York Strip. The glass of wine brought to me during the wait was so dirty that it was immediately replaced upon bringing it to the server's attention. The ribeye steak offered as an alternative was undercooked (it was rare), so they replaced it with a whole new plate of ribeye. Unfortunately, though, the new ribeye had an excessive amount of fat, and I finished only half of it.BUT!The true highlight of the evening was the service. Throughout this entire ordeal, the servers—Ruby and another gentleman, whose name remains unknown—were kind, apologetic, and swift in their responses. The manager made multiple visits to my table to ensure my satisfaction, a gesture I greatly appreciated. Moreover, they graciously did not charge me for the ribeye, a decision I found very considerate.While the food alone would not have earned a five-star rating, the overall experience, defined by exceptional hospitality, certainly does. It's a testament to the fact that hospitality extends beyond the quality of food—it's about the dedication to ensuring a positive experience, despite unforeseen setbacks. Impressed by how they handled the situation, I left a thank-you note on the receipt.Things happen, but what really matters is how you react. Food was ok the staff was attentive. The worst part was that this is the 3rd time we have visited the restaurant and sat in a booth and the floor and seats were disgusting (the first 2 times we gave them the benefit of the doubt but the 3rd time confirmed our assumption). Pieces of food all over the floor and in between the seats. You can tell they haven’t thoroughly cleaned in months! We were so grossed out this time because my son dropped his toy on the ground and we used our phone flashlights to try and find it but what we discovered made us lose our appetites..

This was a special occasion for my husband and me, the 50th anniversary of our first date. The hostess was very friendly. Our server, Nolan was excellent throughout our dining experience. We never felt rushed. All our food came out at the correct temperature. We were able to finish one course before being served the next. Our plates were cleared in a timely manner. Any questions we had were answered without hesitation. When our desserts were served, the chef had written 50 Years in chocolate on my husband's chocolate cake dessert plate. Lance came to chat with us and congratulated us on our anniversary. We were not charged for either of our two desserts. Lance also presented us with his business card and a $25 gift card for our next visit. We will definitely be back!
