The food at Mercy Mediterranean is amazing! While browsing the website of the recently opened downtown food hall, we stumbled upon this gem and promptly placed our order. We ordered the Chicken Garlic Gyro and Lamb Gyro. Our favorite dish was the Chicken Garlic Gyro. Our order was packed with flavorful chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce. This is definitely a satisfying meal for gyro lovers. The service was amazing and the employees are helpful and catering towards their guests.

First off, let me start by saying that the customer service at this place is one of the best things about it. They went above and beyond to make sure that our order was taken correctly and made sure that we were happy with what we ordered and the taste of the food was what we expected. I called the place on Saturday for about eight of us family style and after a few tweaks they recommended that we order seven different plates to share and that's what we did. They called back to confirm the order and I picked up the order at about 4 o'clock. The place is very clean and neat. I would be back there to eat. The food was great. I ordered three chicken Shawarma plates three beef kebab one lamb plate and one falafel plate. It was enough food to feed at at least 9 people. Shabana called me later in the evening to inquire on the food and of course I gave my critique. I will definitely be back for another family meal in the near future. Thank u chef and shabana. Food here was so good. My wife had a chicken shawarma and I had the lamb gyro plate. The chicken shawarma reminded us of the shawarma places from where we grew up and was so lovely. The lamb gyro was great and the meat was so tender. The owner of the place is this sweet lady named Shabana and she gave us such great service. She was so nice and even offered us some tea when we were done with our meal. This restaurant is part of the SJ downtown food hall and it's a really cool place to grab some food. Gotta go back and try some of the other stuff on the menu.

Unfortunately, this was the worst Mediterranean food I have had. The rice was dry and not cooked properly. The meat was dry and chewy. The hummus, no words. Definitely didn’t taste like hummus. Falafal somehow tasted sour. Oh and the french fries; paid extra for garlic fries and there nothing garlicky about it. Idk what I paid extra for.Customer service was really nice tho. They gave ua extra hummus and falafel.

The food was incredible the owner was extremely friendly and constantly came to see if everything was alright. I personally really like the quesadillas and would definitely recommend. Also try the chicken shawarma if you go there. Overall the food was really well seasoned and there are food options that everyone likes so it is a good place to go with your family.

The food was very fresh. I ordered from the Mexican menu. I had the nachos with beef and it was super loaded and huge! The regular Burrito in chicken was so tender and flavorful, the beef was also meat pieces not cheap shredded meat and had a different flavor than the chicken which my husband and I split and shared. It was so much food I ate it a second day and the nachos even a third lunch.I also had the baklava and green tea while I waited for my to go order which was not overly sweet but very fresh. The kheer was very nice and thick with lots of pistachios but not overly sweet, just right.Next time I will try the mediterranean food.

The gyro was tender and juicy, the shawarma was flavorful and spicy, and the middle eastern desserts were sweet and satisfying. The portions were generous especially the fries and the delivery was fast and friendly. The food came in eco-friendly packaging and was still hot and fresh when I opened it.
