I went with a friend who ordered Garden salad and Calexico. He tries to an avoid meat products. so he asked for no chicken on the Calexico. the woman didn't say anything. and my coworker was like sorry not sure if u heard me. no chicken please. and she grunted very lowly. my coworker turned to me all confused. she did it right. however when he ordered a garden salad. he asked for no tomatoes. He didn't want to repeat himself due to how the chicken went. she then added tomato's. he then informed her he asked for no tomato's she stared at him and looked back down and started to pick out the tomatoes 1 by 1. picking out the lettuce and dropping it on the floor to grab each piece of tomato. eventually she threw it away and made him another one after half the salad was on the floor.My time to order. I asked for the Mad Dog. and she asked me what will I be removing off the order. and I said nothing. I want al the toppings. and she then questions if I actually want all the toppings.While I guess I understand that my coworker wanted to change whats included in both his orders can make it a bit difficult for someone who doesn't want to be there. It's no reason to be rude and ignore someone. He spent the rest of the day asking if he said something wrong to her or didn't speak loud enough for her to hear.

Love the location of this mod but man the quality has gone down in the last 6 months. Started with sparce ingredients (6 pineapple on a medium) and now they are undercooked & gooey Hate that the location closest to the house isn't good or reliable so we have to go to Almaden for a better location

I waited for my pizza for 30 minutes. Watching people after me order and leave. I ask the worker where my pizza was and they were like they think they might have given it to someone else by mistake. So they refunded me and gave me a free mod pizza coupon to use. Tried using it today and they said it has already been used. Horrible customer service.

I always stop by this Mod pizza when I'm in the area. The customer service is amazing. They are all so kind and always going over and beyond for their customers. This mod pizza is very clean as well! Every time I walk in, they're cleaning which is nice to see! Best value for your money, especially for a vegan!

This MOD location is amazing! Great service, great area, amazing speed, very professional employees, GREAT PIZZA! I love this place. Highly recommend visiting this location. Angie and Diana both were pleasant and friendly.
Never coming here again. If you value your time don’t come here. Came with my partner 1hr before they close and was waiting forever to get helped even though I had one person in front of me. Then they were doing there only orders for a solid 10 min and we left after that. Not very great customer experience when they don’t pay attention to their in store customers. Needless to say we left for panda express across the street, at least they can do both online and in store without sacrifice.

We went to Mod again after a long absence. They were obviously understaffed, but everyone there was working very hard. All were friendly and apologized for the wait. In reality the wait wasn't terrible though. We ordered a Mod salad. The young lady made it quickly. When we paid, it was too much. We questioned it and we had been given and charged for a mega size, not what we ordered. It took Juan a few minutes to get to the register to refund us...he was cooking pizzas and handing them out. And he was obviously the person in charge. When he got to us, he apologized and refunded the money and told us our salad was free. And he gave us too free sodas! Juan went over and above. We have always enjoyed Mod and this experience ended up being great. Thanks to the overworked crew and especially to Juan.

Not happy. I hadn't been here in a while and came to the register to specifically mention that I would like to buy a pizza for my daughter to participate in her school's fundraiser to give 20% of the proceeds to her school. I wait in line properly, get to check out and am seeing the same exact girl I just finished telling this information to not even 10minutes prior, I proceed to pay and asked to confirm that it went to her school's proceeds just for her to tell me blankly no it didn't and that there's nothing I can do because I've already paid for it. I asked if we could maybe refund the charge or cancel/void it to redo the transaction because that was why I came and she just stared at me lol..?Pro tip for customer service, maybe pay attention and listen to what customers are saying to you (multiple times at that) instead of just staring blankly while customers speak and giving 0 verbal response or acknowledgment.

Placed a take-out order on 9/10/23, basically got two incorrect pizzas me or the person I was ordering for COULD NOT EAT for dietary reasons. Called the store after to ask for a refund, the guy said it should be in my bank within the week. Refund doesn't show up for two weeks. I call three more times, TALK TO THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER, the guy says it should be fixed, STILL HASN'T. Called again today, they just said they couldn't help me. They'll get your order wrong and refuse to give you back your money.
