The staff is very rude the lady other ppl don't understand I had a piece of the fan flew of hit my ear landed on the table play guy couldn't shut it off said only the owner knows how what kind of service is that right now I'm scared of the whole family is going to fall off it's a very first fan as you walk in the door

It's empty inside, this kind of describes the attention you'll get if you visit this place. Want to experience terrible customer service? Come on down. We walked in, one person was sitting down at the table. After standing at the counter for a few minutes he got up, while on his phone and asked if we were ready to order. We ordered a half and half pizza, then asked him for the difference between garlic sticks and garlic bread. lol he turned around and was away to the back. He didn't say anything, no hold on, let me check or what you would expect from a regular place he just walked away. Then a SUPER pleasant lady came up front, from the the back with an apron and said "what's going on?" I said what's the difference between the garlic bread and garlic sticks. She explained then took the order. Told me the total and then asked me to sign the receipt. I asked her for a pen and she pointed across the counter and said they're over there. THANKS for reminding me not to come back here again. I'd rather have bagel bites at home or a hot pocket and save myself the $44 and the poor experience.

Arrived on a Thurday evening about 8pm. Waited about 3 minutes to see any workers. When I finally found a worker, Not a single word came from his mouth. I asked for a Pikes pizza and the man just stood there. I repeated my order and the man took my money and gave me change. still did not say a word. Picked up pizza later and the lady was nice enough, until i asked for a bag. Apparently me a bag is a major inconvenience. In conclusion, Service is lacking. It's a shame because the pizza, itself is decent. Paired with excellent service, I may have given 4 or more stars.

Seen them verbally aggressive with customers, It was my first time here and while sitting inside, it was a horror to watch them argue with different parties that were there. Visited on 12/8/23 around 7pm .. to top it off bathrooms were no good, not surprised for the location but such a shock at this

We went here for my grand-daughter's birthday. First the lady at the register is very rude, no customer service skills whatsoever. We were then told that we couldn't use our coupons on our phone because they needed to be printed out, mind you nowhere on the coupon does it say that. So, we ordered our pizzas online through the app in order to get our coupon prices; I ordered 2 large pizzas, in addition to my daughter and other people order stuff for our guests.. My order took over 1 hour for us to get, when the app said 30 minutes!! When I went and asked for my order, because my daughter was missing a pizza too on her order; they "meaning there was 3 employees looking into this complicated situation" they gave my daughter her order, then told me mine would take 5 minutes! I told them I wanted to cancel the order, I was then told that one of the pizza's was ready and the other one would be out in 5 minutes!! So I'm standing there waiting to get my pizza, again the 3 employees were huddled discussing I don't know what, I finally ask the girl behind the counter where my pizza was and she walks over to the oven and pulls out a pizza, already boxed up!!!! So, the pizza was ready this whole time, but no one bothered to look at the orders on hand to see what the heck was ordered. The other pizza took 15 minutes to come out, I'm assuming again they "lost track of my order"!!! Worse customer service ever!!!!!

No customer service at all. Please be specific when ordering because they will charge you for things you didn't order. I honestly felt like we are a problem for them. We did not feel welcomed at all. Round table is right down the street and is definitely a better choice than this place. Sad because I love mountains Mike's just not this one!

Pésimo servicio, deberían entrenar a su personal para que mínimo sonrían y no avienten la comida en la mesa. Un poco de cortesía traería mas clientes satisfechos a regresar a consumir sus productos porque la pizza es buena! Recomendación para las alitas, se deben cocer junto con la salsa no ponérsela al último y que estén todas ralas.

My orders was dry, tasteless, no flavor, and over cooked. Churros probably not defrosted properly, and undercooked. If you cant make your food good, atleast learned how to work on your costumer service!

Terrible service. Did a app order for a medium for pick up. When I went in the lady seemed bothered to stop sweeping to grab my pizza. She didn't say a thing to me the entire time and glared at me when I asked for some Red pepper and Parmesan . Like I had some nerve. I also ordered a medium which says 12 slices but got this tiny looking like small that is 10 slices. I'd leave a 1 star but it was at least edible

I took a group of students here after a school activity. The girl at the counter wouldn't change one of the student's orders, her solution to the soda fountain syrup needing to be changed was to just give me a drink from the refrigerator, and my pizza (which was the second one order) was the last one ready. It was a small pepperoni. It was a dine-in order. When I asked about it, they handed me a to-go pizza that had been sitting on the counter for a while. I don't intend to go here again.

This is is horrible! Took my grandson here after school for some pizza. We ordered 1 cheese and one combination. Looks like they don't speak English and the place smells bad. I asked for wifi password and didn't understand me and pointed to the manager as he was sitting at the booth with his legs up and chilling on his phone. I asked him if I can have the wifi password to their network and looked at me like he didn't understand me, then he shook his head. My pizzas came out and I asked for plates, she brought back 1 thin paper plate . I didn't want to ask for anything anymore. Very sad to support local businesses when they have bad service. Wouldn't come back .
