Business owner pay attention!This brunch is doing really not so good. I always order Hot pastrami bagel, which is one of the signature and one of the most tasty bagel sandwich in the menu. What they served me in this brunch is chewed shoe style bagel with cucumber cut triangle instead of circle and huge sticks of onion. Damn! Seriously? All stuff working there are teens, which is no problem, but they should be educated properly. Otherwise ruining the menu and soon the business.

Something has gone wrong at this location. Bad/rude service even with 3 employees there and no one but me in the store. Ordered Bagel with cream cheese and they didn’t put on the cream cheese. When I went back in and asked for the cream cheese she came back with one small half filled mini-cup and said “just one per bagel” then acted like I ruined her day when I asked for a knife to spread it.Perhaps worst I just found black rubbery shavings of something in my coffee, which I probably drank several of before realizing it. I have no idea what they are and it’s making me a little worried how much I drank of them.

Its my first time coming to this location and Noahs bagels altogether and I was looking forward to one of their bagels as I am a big fan of breakfast bagels and this place is close to my home but I was extremely disappointed. When I walked in the place was completely deserted and I was the only customer, it took them about 6 minutes to acknowledge me and realize there was a customer standing in the front counter register but i could hear the employees chatting in the background. Once someone finally acknowledged me and took my order, no apology, rushed me to place my order, and it literally took one minute to put it altogether. I thank him and left. Once I got home and ate it it was evident that the ingredients were just old left overs that had been cooked for a while (egg, chorizo). I was really looking forward as I have heard good things from Noahs bagels but it was a very disappointing first time visit.

Service from the employees were fine. Food average. The fact that they have tables and there isn't access to the bathrooms made us go to Starbucks next door. Had to buy coffee there to use the bathroom. We'll skip a step next time and just go to Starbucks. What a dumb policy. We won't return to this location.

i have gone here around 5 times. And only one time i went they had hot coffee. The coffee dispensers outside are empty or just cold. the bagels are great only reason they get 2 stars.

I recently visited Noah's Bagels and was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and professionalism. Surprisingly, they don't provide a public restroom, directing paying customers to Starbucks next door. Considering the prices, I suspect this location might struggle to stay in business. Definitely won't be coming back here no matter what my body craves.

So disappointed! It's pouring rain outside and there are no tables to quickly sit and eat my bagel even though they have the space inside. They don't even let you use the bathroom here anymore and tell you to go to Starbucks. Just go to House of Bagels across the street, the bagels are better, and there is so much more hospitality!

Ordered 2 menu sandwiches about 1:10pm today. Took them home to San Jose. Got home and what a disaster. My wife threw hers in the trash just before I snapped the pic. She is beyond upset with the food and tgexwasted time. We called shop but phone just rings. No response. Noas really should refund us. Let's see if they respond. Based on these lousy sandwiches, odds do not appear good.

Saturday staff has 0 customer service skills, at least give them a quick rundown of the basics when hired. I was standing in front of the register for almost 5 minutes and wasn't even spoken too.

Usually I go to Los Gatos, but I was on my way home and stopped to the one on Bascom. Never again. My coffee was cold and in this nasty container and the service is whack.

This location has been getting worse and worse. I love Noah’s bagels but this location unfortunately is the closest to me and the customer service is horrible. Much younger staff and the work ethic is awful. Most times I’ve come in there’s nobody to meet you cause they are all goofing off in the back. Once you do get there attention they seem annoyed to have to serve you. Employees have hoods on and headphones in. I’m not certain if this location has a manager but they need to control these awful employees. The standard is embarrassing.

I get that you open early. I get that working retail sucks However I don't like being spoken to rudely early in the morning. House of Bagels across the street by the Whole Foods is a better bet. Much better customer service.

I feel compelled to share my experience on Yelp to make other potential customers aware of the issues I encountered.From the moment I entered the establishment at around 5:30 am, it was clear that the staff member I interacted with was not interested in providing even a modicum of customer service. They exhibited a snarky and rude demeanor, which only worsened as our interaction continued. The attitude displayed was outright hostile, and it felt as if they wanted to refuse me service and deter me from eating there.One of the most frustrating aspects of my visit was their insistence that the only form of payment accepted was cash. When I politely assured them that I had cash, their response was not only unprofessional but also rude. It's essential to note that I had no problem paying with cash, but their tone and condescending attitude were unwarranted.To add insult to injury, when I requested smoked salmon on my bagel, they claimed that the store didn't have any in stock. However, when I asked about lox, suddenly, it was available. It was evident that they were playing games and weaponizing incompetence to be passive-aggressive.Overall, my experience at Noah's Bagels on this day was nothing short of a nightmare. I left the establishment feeling frustrated and disrespected. I have decided never to return to this location, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before choosing to eat here.I sincerely hope that the management addresses the customer service issues and ensures that such behavior does not deter potential customers in the future. No one should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced during my visit.
