Food was okay, didn’t taste like the typical pho tasted like it was soaked in garlic ? but i really like the appetizers and the cooks were working super hard and efficient sadly the manager wasn’t helping them at all, which is really disappointing. A manager should want to better the establishment instead of having a power trip. Anyways, this food wasn’t great on my pallet but everyone is different. Won’t come again, for sure.

I hardly ever ever leave reviews, but to whomever the manager is, Lee, or Leland…or whatever his name my be, (he has the name Nellie tattooed on his forearm) this dude needs to be let go as a manager, general manager, proprietor, or whatever his undeserved title is. The nice way to put this is that he’s ill-equipped to handle his position and it seems like he doesnt give two sh!ts about this establishment or his staff.I was very awkwardly acknowledged by him like I was intruding on the bar when I sat down, and I felt uncomfortable from the get-go, but quickly realized he was the manager on duty, or something of some sort (by title only). He was rude to his employees, barking out orders, micromanaging them while he sat down between fiddling on his laptop and phone, and telling they had much to learn and was writing a list of things they need to work on. The irony…He was actually even approached by a back-of-house employee/cook pleading for help. He reluctantly disappeared and went into the back for about 1-2 minutes at most before reappearing at the bar to watch all of his employees struggle while nobody got their food or drink orders taken care of.I ended up dining there for an hour and a half, while watching his two servers and the two back of house staff struggle the entire time while he was at the bar bathing in his dbaggery of self-importance, pretending like he was actually doing something that needed to be done at at that moment, rather than after hours When I need to be taken care of, so his restaurant did not struggle mightily – whether or not It was really related to the business, that’s the kind of stuff that needs to be handled when the restaurant closes. And I would know, I’ve worked in restaurants for many years; and especially when your staff is struggling. This business is not going to survive with him at the the helm. The manager severely lacks professionalism, competence, and probably should to watch his language as he let out a couple F-bombs while muttering to myself about whatever work he was going over while on his computer at the bar. Not to mention, there were children behind me that I’m sure heard it.On the contrary, my server Ryota was a complete rockstar, didn’t complain and hustled his butt off. Quite honestly, he deserves better than this nonsense. They all do.

They didn't try to take an order and not bring a glass of water. I had to wait for ages. The ramen I ate was not that good.

The food wasn’t bad. My only complaint is that the service was terrible. Not even on the busiest day did I get there and sit down at the closest table facing the cashier and the bar. Twenty minutes later those servers were just ignoring me while I was looking at them. I had to go talk with the server to ask, “Are you not going to take my order?” There were only two servers and nobody else in the bar besides the barista came to me.

Worst customer service. They dont give take your order for like 15 minutes, you actually have to request the waiter to take your order. The items take double the time to arrive at the table. Food is okay, can be much better.

Service is so poor. Expect to wait 15 minutes while seated without a menu. People who were working forgot everything.

The Ramen was OK, Got the OBO Chicken. The chicken looked like a grey ball. Asked the server and they brought more that looked better but was dry and had weird texture. Ok no biggie the broth was good, just didn't eat the "chicken".The cheese pork cutlet was RAW and the server tried to tell me it was ham. Ham is NOT translucent. It was raw, cold pork and the cheese was not melted. Will not be back.

Out of the two Ramen options we gave a try, Obu Chicken Ramen was better as it was based on chicken broth and was more flavorful with all the protein. Creamy Veggie Ramen was okay, not the best I have had I would say. Though creamy, lacked the umami tinge. Restaurant ambience was good, especially the bar counter where I have had my ramen. For that price, it’s definitely worth a go.

Drove 15 mins here for some ramen on a wednesday, arrived at 8, and they said they already took their last order. They close at 9... disappointing

Well flavored ramen. Nice presentation of all of the dishes. Service continues to be on the slow side, more so due to the kitchen not the servers. (They ran out of rice and had to cook more. However, we were told there would be a wait.) Also, when you add cold temperature ingredients (corn, tofu, etc.) to hot ramen broth, it reduces the temperature of the entire dish way too much. The egg was colder than usual, as well. This all should be taken into consideration prior to serving to the customer. All told a two-hour ramen dinner. Depending on the time of day, the large parking lot may be pretty full.

Fav comfort restaurant! I usually door dash from them but I decided to eat there for once, even better!!!

Ambiance was nice. Ramen was to be desired. The tonkotsu unfortunately seemed like it was added by milk. Being lactose intolerant, my stomach was not happy afterwards.
