Delicious food! I was very pleasantly surprised by the freshness, quality and taste of the dishes I got to try.. Chicken Satay: The chicken itself was tender, juicy and flavorful. The peanut sauce was amazing! Great appetizer.. Pad Gra-Praw (Thai Basil): I had never tried this specific dish before and it surpassed my expectations. The chicken was great, and the sauteed veggies were delicious!I chose brown instead of white rice and it was better than most I've tried. Also, the crispy won ton pieces they added were to die for ?

Our favorite Thai spot in San Jose! This place is worth a visit, or two, or three. Everything we’ve tried has been incredible. Some of our favorites are the Tom Kha, Pad See Ew with beef, panang curry, spicy crab noodles, and Gaeng Panang Pla (the best!)Parking: Parking is tough. Small lot shared by several businesses

So far I've only ordered take out. The only food item I've ordered was Pad Thai and it's delicious. One day I'll eat at the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant seems to be nice and cozy. The service when I pickup my order the are very pleasant and friendly!

Chicken Pad Thai was really flavorful and had a solid portion size. Asked for hot and it was perfectly spicy, whereas other places do an American hot that's mild.

Food quality other than the ice cream that shown in the picture was not that good. Roasted duck meat in the curry was not fresh. Restaurant didnot charge for it. Server was really polite. I would have given five if the food quality was at per with other good Thai restaurants.

Was scavenging out for new places to try and fortunately landed here. This place gives nothing but good vibes and feel at home type feeling. One or the servers there named Vimala was very helpful on my first time there and recommended the Thai tea and was not let down. Will forsure be a returning customer!

Amazing food and service. Really liked our friendly waitress V. Great date night place to chill. Also love their music. We come here often and love their Pad See Ew and Pad Khee Mao. Food was delicious as always.

One of my go-to Thai spots in the area, whether it is take out or dine in. Can't go wrong with most of the menu but my personal favorites are the Koo Kling Moo and the Pineapple Fried Rice. If you dine in I also strongly recommend the OROS Fried Rice. Staff is also very good, shout-out to Sahara who in particular is very friendly. They always honor their Yelp free Thai tea discount and have also gone above and beyond the usual service, so also recommend their authentic tasting Thai Tea.

I am changing my review to 1 star. The food tastes good, but they run an unethical business. They made a mistake on a to go order my husband made over phone. We could not reach out to them the same day because we were extremely busy. When my husband called them up the next day, they interrogated him almost as if he was lying and later said that they would not refund because we could not call them the same day. We have been a regular at Oros thai for a long time but after this incident, they have lost my trust and I am never going back again.

We ordered a to go over the phone and they made a mistake. We ordered green curry with prawn but they gave us a green curry with chicken which costs less. I did not realize it right away. Unfortunately I did not call them on the very same day because I was extremely busy. When I called them up the next day about the error, they started interrogating me as if I was lying and then said that I should have called the same day, otherwise they wont refund. Doesn't matter to me that the prawn costs $2 lesser but there is a certain amount of ethics involved. I dont think it would have been too hard for them to accept their mistake and they wouldn't have lost a lot of money if they gave me a refund right away. Unfortunately Oros thai definitely lost a regular customer like me because of their unprofessional attitude and that would probably cost them way more than a freakin green curry.

This place always is so good! And it's so nice to have other options besides curry. We always get the chicken satay, spring rolls (always loaded with fresh vegetables ... honestly surprised they were able to roll those suckers with so much in them), pad pak, pad Thai prawns, and kor moo yang. All is insanely good, always consistent, and reasonable pricing for how much you get! And it's so close to us! Win win!
