I came here yesterday to pick up food! The lady in the black apron literally was so hesitated to put anything. She was refusing to put a reasonable amount of each entree. I asked if she can put a little bit more and she gave me a dirty look. I then get their new drink that they put for you and they are only able to fill the cup 70% without ice… this is ridiculous that you’re paying for something and they have to limit you and can fill up the cup all the way.

I'm really tired of places that a) just flat out ignore when utensils and napkins are ordered from the menu *they set up* and b) don't include the appropriate sauces for their own food. I'm just going to start giving one star to every place that does that to me, starting with this one. They're a constant offender and deserve to be called out for it.

This place advertises that they're open until 9:30 pm. At 8:45 pm, all they had was chow mein and orange chicken. In other words they had no choice and they refused to make more fried rice even though they were open for 45 more minutes.

Fairly busy lunchtime crowd, fresh dishes came out fast and servers got through the crowd efficiently. Food was good, orange chicken and Beijing beef werereally good and decent sized serving. The side dish I had,Chow Mein was ok, too many onions and not enough spouts. Was lacking/missing something, was a little bland.
The food is good the staff is ok but the air conditioning is not working and it's a fairly new building. On a hot day not the place to visit.

The Almaden Ranch Panda Express is really disorganized. I recommend going to a different location even if you have to drive further. After ordering online, the food took 30 minutes longer than the estimate.

Place actually closes at 9PM. They stop stocking food at 9PM. Anything later and you are SOL.

The lady operating the register and exchanging money used her dirty finger to poke in a shrimp that was sticking out of my to-go container. Then she ignored my request for hot sauce to ask me if I can make a donation. Unbelievably terrible customer service. I'll never eat Panda express again.
