FOOD: Shorting meals! Be sure you double check your Togo orders before leaving! On multiple occasions our orders were short. Containers of Mac~ n~cheese, soups, or salad. Arriving home with multiple orders shorted is literally taking money from the consumer. Nobody should have to return to complain. The consumer should be able to trust the establishment with their orders.SERVICE: Every time I walk in to a Panera I see employees standing behind the counter looking at me to walk over to their Kiosk to place my order. I get the need for kiosks but the feeling of hey it’s up to you to place your order, over there, not here! Blah on their customer service!ATMOSPHERE: I like Paneras vibe. If it weren’t for all the employees huddling in the back and not interacting or providing simple service such as not cleaning the tables, chairs, and booths.CONCLUSION: The menu options are great and the food is good. With the correct team in place, I truly believe this Panera location will do much better with their SALES, this only comes from SERVICE and TRUST. I look forward to when Panera gets back on its feet. Until then it’s a 1 star from me.

Today I went to Cottle Rd location and some bagels. The price was different than what's on their website. I asked why there is a price difference I was told that because it's a website price and every location has their own price. By the way I was on that very store website. I shop at Panera near my work and never had that issue and their food is always warm and fresh. When I got home the bagels were not sliced correctly, one half was so thin and other half is so thick like 80/20. This location has messed up my order before. Not going to this location anymore and don't recommend anyone to go there as well. Lastly, they didn't provided me receipt as well which I noticed later so I can't use their survey code. The cashier was super friendly but the Supervisor on duty needs Customer Service training.

There was a spider on my table when I went last Sunday for breakfast but this was a first and had never happened to me there before. They should enhance cleaning.

I hate writing tough reviews, but had a horrible experience. Tried to order online but it showed they were out of all bread so decided to drive over there instead. Was told by the girl that their online ordering system "sucks" and they have bread. Interesting start. We order a sandwich and a salad to go and our order was ready pretty quickly. The real fun happened when I got home. The Napa chicken salad sandwich had literally maybe a teaspoon of chicken salad (picture for reference). Ended up going in the garbage and was super disappointing. I will not be back.

Today I was having my lunch when I notice a leak on the ceiling and I am sure it leak on my food. The manager is aware but she doesn't want to fix it. She said they don't found anything however if it's leaking it means something is wrong!!!!!
