I've only been to Peet's a handful of times and went this morning because I got a gift card for Christmas. Not only were the employees patient while I decided what I wanted, but they were quick, friendly and kind. The chicken chorizo flatbread was sooo delicious and my strawberry lemon iced tea was so good (thanks to the recommendation of the cashier this morning). It was such a pleasant experience. Can't wait to go back

Disappointed. I specifically didn't order through the app because they didn't have the meat frittata in the app; only the veggie. My husband was already in the area so out of convenience, because I'm sick and didn't want to have to cook something or order fast food, etc. and because this would have been a quick and easy breakfast to pick up, he went in person because even though it's not on the app, they always have it in store. He came home and the idiot gave him a veggie frittata, which I could have ordered through the app? Long story short he had to waste his time going back to get a refund even though the sole purpose of the initial trip was to save time and money. And she refunded him in cash when we paid w card? So now it's going to go to waste in a world where the change gets lost in couch cushions and butt cracks. Now I'm starving and will probably order unhealthy food that takes forever to get here; thx you had one job

I've always loved the strength and quality of "Peet's Coffee" ever since I started drinking it back in the 1990's when I lived in the North Bay. However, this takes me on a trip to San Jose where I got the opportunity to check out their downtown location. Located at The Alameda in a very centralized part of town, this Peet's Coffee has been brewing up delicious hot and iced drinks dating back to the early-2000's. Since it is well known amongst locals, it has been one of the more established businesses in this part of town. The hours are also very accommodating for people that have awkward work schedules as they open daily at 5:00am and close around 5:30pm; great for those early birds needing their caffeine fix. Since I was an out-of-towner, I was staying nearby at the "Flamingo Motel", a quick 5-minute walk from Peet's. I came here during the afternoon of Friday 7/28/2023 at around 3:15pm. Since I was going to a concert later that evening, I wanted the energy to at least stay awake past my normal bedtime. This location is better to arrive by foot or bike as parking can be a little difficult to find in this part of town. As far as the inside, it is rather spacious and open with quite a bit of seating throughout as this is one of the larger Peet's Coffee locations I have been to. Inside, you will notice quite a few items for sale including mugs, tumblers, merchandise, and a selection of teas and their own ground coffee beans (available for normal coffee makers and Keurig machines). They also have a small outdoor patio area for the more comfortable San Jose mornings and afternoons. Since I ordered via-Peet's mobile app, my drink (a medium sized "Iced Vanilla Latte") was ready at this pick-up area. As predicted, my drink was perfectly made with the right amount of espresso, 2% milk, and vanilla to get me through the afternoon and evening hours. I also feel the employees were very professional and friendly with what I witnessed helping other customers. With the quick service, tasty above-average drinks, convenient location, and overall experience, I am giving this "Peet's Coffee" The Alameda in San Jose a respectable four-star rating.

Convenient pickup place for folks living nearby. However, sometimes they move the pick up shelf around in the store without obvious signs and it takes me a few minutes to find my drinks.Vegetarian options: All sorts of milk are available.Dietary restrictions: They have a sort of milk

The entire team at this location is Stellar!! No one is surly or rude, customer service is on point. There are 5 other coffee shops in the area, I won't go anywhere else now because the service here is unmatched.
