I have been many times to have pho at this restaurant. I used to live very close by and also worked very close for years too. Now I only go when I visit the area and feel like I am getting sic k and pho is like a 'cure-it-all'. Pho delivers, but in general I find this one is very basic, nothing to dream about. This last time I got zero service, no water for me. I asked several times and I gave up. The place was not that busy. I did not find the lady at the register very friendly, especially considering that there are many things in the menu and I had several questions. Like she could not be bothered by these. I get that vibe at other pho restaurants, so I try not to get it personally. In any case, it is a good price for a decent meal that feels body restoring.

Met my friend here for a quick lunch date. She just returned from Vegas with her guy so was craving for some Bay Area pho. We found this place on a quick Yelp search and the reviews looked promising. The space is big and can accommodate any group size. It's in an ideal location for all the surrounding business parks which allows for a quick drive over for a pho fix.Service was fine. The lady running the front of the house was serving all the tables (by the time we left, there were about 15 to 18 tables occupied). I think service at pho restaurants are largely low maintenance because after you receive your order -- many of the condiments that you need are at your table. The broth to the pho was disappointing for me as it tasted more like the canned beef broth than beef broth flavoring extracted from hours of cooking beef bones. Noodles were definitely over cooked but it was the lunch rush so perhaps the kitchen team was not as attentive. The spring rolls were premade because they came out within 45 seconds after the lady took our order. It was a decent lunch because we made the best out of it but this wouldn't be a top pick for me should I be in need for some pho.

I was the only white guy in the place. Fantastic food. I didn’t know what I was ordering, but whatever it was, it was super delicious!

a bit below average tasting pho soup. Decent noodle texture, decent tasting beef and quantity.

The soup is better than Pho Kim Long but their small size is miniature and not much variation or selections on their menus. As always,we were seated, handed over the menu and the waitress never left us, asked is we were ready to order, right away! No time to open the menu nor breathe . Ambiance - average, service - par.

This place is tucked away from the main through way. It was fairly busy considering it was a late Monday lunch. Ordered a staple, tai and brisket pho' . Broth was average, not heavily flavored, but the portion for a regular order made me glad I did not order the large. The brisket was flavorful.I will add this to revisit list so I can try other menu items.

I ordered chicken BBQ and my husband ordered beef, both food was cold and not fresh at all. It was not even busy at that moment. We came home with upset stomach. We won’t comeback again.

We've been going to Pho Y #1 for many years and my favorite dish is #B4 which is a big bowl of grilled pork, shrimp, egg rolls, and vermicelli noodles. I also order a small hot soup on the side. Yum!

Service was quick and the pho was rich and flavorful. I'd recommend paying with debit card since there is a 3.5% surcharge on credit cards.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian options

Very mediocre pho....they also tried to auto charge a tip of 15% when I paid by card. Horrible customer service and food isn't good enough to compensate for that. Won't be returning!

I absolutely love the pho at this place. The portion is very generous even if it's takeout. The chicken soup is very light and not overly salty. Veggies and noodle are fresh. The only downside was the chicken meat were a bit dry. They are small owner operation. Please make sure to order and pay with cash. It'll help them with their margins in this inflated economic condition.

Decent pho spot. I always order the #10. I also like getting the banh xeo. Usually isn't too crowded. Pho comes out instantly.

Very tasty. Glad to see they have variety in their meat options for their phos. Well priced. Very quick.
