Food:Pho Tai (4.25/5): this pho broth was really good and they gave a good amount of steak too. I got the skinny noodles. Normally I need to add sauces to my pho but the broth was so flavorful by itself that I didn't need it. I'd come back here!Parking:Lots of parking as this shares a parking lot with other shops

Went here while on travel. Good pho. Would go back. Small interior. Good service. Did not try the other dishes besides pho. Was quick in and out for a business lunch.

The standout dish for me was undoubtedly the Bánh Xèo, which was a delightful deviation from the usual. What struck me first was the perfect balance-- not as oily as one might expect, yet bursting with flavor. The accompanying sauce was nothing short of amazing; a symphony of fish sauce, carrots, and other ingredients I'm not sure about, which elevated the dish to new heights. The Pho was equally impressive, and I opted for a large to share. The portion size was generous.Despite the overall positive experience, there was a minor hiccup with one of the veggie wraps. Unfortunately, the lettuce wasn't as clean as I would have liked. The ambiance of the place was cozy and authentically Vietnamese.

I had a great time eating here recently for the first time. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet special and the Sương Sa Hột Lựu (Mung Bean, Water Chestnut Jelly, Clear Jelly Topped With Coconut Milk & Shaved Ice). The food and the dessert were very tasty! The restaurant is very spacious and neatly decorated too inside. I look forward to coming back to eat here again in the future. The restaurant staff are very great, friendly, and welcoming! Thank you to the Pho Huong staff for the great experience here.I also livestreamed the great experience here. Feel free to watch the video here. youtube.com/watch?v=mnDz…

Great food and great service! I was waiting for my dog to finish her grooming and I got hungry, so I searched up nearby places and found this place. Since I needed to kill some time, I decided to give it a try and walked in only to be welcomed by the waiter. The place is organized and clean too. Since it was slow that day, I got sat down immediately and was debating whether I should get pho or com tam. I decided to order com tam w kbbq beef since I haven't had it in a long time and I enjoyed eating it. The meat is well-cooked and I loved every single bit of it! I will try out the other dishes next time I'm here.

We haven't been here for about 5-6 years since I had a bad experience with the service. Today, hubby and I decided we should eat here for lunch as I recalled they have a menu with a variety of food. It was super busy at 1ish-pm, but luckily, there was a table for 2. We were given the menu and a few minutes to look at it. I immediately knew what I wanted us. I was craving for it at another restaurant, but there was a long wait.We ordered the following:1. Pho Dac Biet lon (Pho special, large): Hubby says the broth is good, and there's a good amount of meat. However, for a size large, the bowl is considered a small size at other Pho restaurants. 2. Pho Ap Chao (Pan fried Pho noodles): Although it doesn't specify what type of meat the plate is such as seafood or chicken/pork or combination but it turned out to be a combination Pho Ap Chao. It comes in a small plate with a large portion of ingredients of broccoli, napa cabbage, regular cabbage, pork, chicken, shrimp, and squid. There were about 5-6 pieces of the pan-fried Pho noodles, which I had to immediately pull out from under the ingredients so it wouldn't get soggy. Sadly, there were a few pieces I couldn't rescue. The noodles were fried in a thin layer and only one side. I think if it was fried both sides that it wouldn't get soggy quick. The flavoring is light but savory, and bit sweet. If it was more flavorful, it would be really delish! But nothing a little Sriracha and a little soy sauce can't do to bring up the flavor.Service was decent but not great as it took them a while to bring out our requests such as more lemon and water as water came out after our food. A family run business and staff were friendly.

Favorite Pho in San Jose.I'm from Orange County and grew up eating at the best pho places. I love a good broth and noodles. The service is great and food comes quickly. This is my to go to place when I'm craving a good pho. I think this place is better than pho Ha Noi, Pho Papa and Pho Pasteur. The broth is the perfect amount of salty and the broth color is perfect. I will choose fresh noodles over thin noodles any day but their thin noodles here is always chewy - which I love because I had when my noodles get soggy. Their food is consistent and even their orange juice is sweet and refreshing. If your in the area - come and try Pho Huong!

The eggrolls and spring rolls were delicious! I would get those again. The only con was the sauce for the spring rolls. The consistency of the peanut sauce was very watered down or liquidity. You can tell by the picture. It is not five stars because of the sauce and the pho noodles. I am not sure how they packaged the pho noodles but they were hard and stuck together. Even with boiling hot soup, the noodles stuck together. The broth for the pho was really plain. It is not good compared to the other competitors. I will not be ordering the pho here again but willOrder the spring rolls and eggrolls.
