Our go to for pho! We are so lucky for this restaurant to be in our neighborhood. Always consistent. Don’t be afraid to just walk in and seat yourself (lol) they will get to you :).Dine in, take out and delivery are all good. Had pho and multiple rice plates. Yum!Thank you to this family business! myself and my family have been coming here for the past few years. we love the owners and the staff. The food is yum yummy. They have excellent customer service and they care about their customers. The inside looks very nice since they remodeled during COVID. Please come and try them out. Believe me you have nothing to lose.

This is the best place to get pho!! The food is always good (pho, rice plates, egg rolls). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so! And now they serve sandwiches too!

Went for lunch today because we hadn't been there in a couple of months. I ordered #10 and the soup/broth was excellent as well as the meats and sprouts with slices of jalapeno peppers. Also, I was glad that the table had menus already when we walked in because it enabled us to just peruse it right away. It was cold and dreary outside, so the pho was perfect today. We won't wait so long to return.

Their pho broth was lacking in depth of flavor. Com tam dish was meh.Nothing notable to be honest.Came here once and never again. I would rather drive further out for better quality.

Had lunch here today - this is my new favorite Pho restaurant in south San Jose. There are two other Pho restaurants nearer to my house, but they do not do as good a job making a flavorable broth as Pho To Thi. Husband and I had #6 and #11. We also ordered the BBQ pork spring roll (#2 on the appetizer menu). Oh my goodness - these were incredibly delicious - very flavorful, and lots of fun texture!
Very good food, and very nice staff. The staff were very quick to attend to their customers, would come again.

I come here all the time for the Bánh Xèo Chay and Phô Chay and I'm always happy with the food and service. My wife always gets Phô tái chín but says my veggie pho is good. Recently they added Banh Mi and I really like the Sardine option, it was awesome, bread not too hard. The restaurant generally seems very authentic but is in a quite location, easy to get to and park.Vegetarian options: There are a few veggie options on the menu including Phô Chay and Bùn, but my favorite is the Bánh Xèo Chay with lots of Mung bean.

I'm always disappointed to write bad reviews, but the food here is not good. I guess a new owner took over in the last month or so? The staff kept forgetting parts of the meal (spring rolls didn't have sauce, no spoons to eat the pho, forgot the fish sauce that goes with the noodle dish). It wasn't worth it at all. I was really bummed out to try a new place, but the pho lacked all flavor, the meat was scarce, the noodles were literally noodles pork and cucumbers with fried onions from a can, and it just was not a good experience, unfortunately. There's much better places to eat in San Jose. Skip this one. It's empty for a reason.

This is a really late update but I didn't know they rent out the space on the side for 20 people party. I hosted my bridal shower here with visiting family members from Virginia, Texas, Florida, Georgia and of course from California. They reopened right in time before my wedding! I'm so thankful! The inside is soooooo great!
